The grassy areas were full of trash along the perimeter of the parking lot with glass and other debris. The grass was uncut and some of the side door access to the hotel locks were broken

Location was adequate and accessibility was good for our purposes. First floor sliding door access was convenient for loading and unloading

The door to the room did not work properly and every time we needed in we had to get a staff member to open it for us. The curtain did not close quite all the way letting the street light nearly blind me both nights

The room was really outdated. The mattresses are so old and used. The hot water was out for two days. One side of my room had no electricity so we had to plug everything on that one working side. No night lamps due to the electricity. Pretty sure my room had fleas and bed bugs. I was also told they do not allow locals to stay. A local told me he paid $100 deposit but staff never told me about the deposit. I had to show proof I wasn’t a local because my id is local.

Room wasn’t very clean. The carpet was wet, there was mold in some places the ceiling was chipping off in some of the corners and falling. You can tell they recently painted the ceiling to cover mold. The entire hotel had a smell or marijuana and musty .The outside had trash everywhere, old grills and coolers laying all at the wood line like homeless people stayed there.

The hotel was dirty. I walked into my room and found trash on the floor from previous guests. I also saw a mixture of lint, and hair and “stains” on the bathroom towels. The linens also had the same on them. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, using the towels, or standing in the shower floor.

Made reservation through Booking.com, and got confirmation, but when I arrived at the property, they had no record of the reservation. I was lucky they had a room since I encountered heavy traffic on my way there and arrived very late at night.

It has a horrible lingering cigarette smell, different levels of it could be smelled in the lobby, the hall and the room itself. Stains in the sink, patchy repairs in the bathroom and door was hard to shut.

It had a back entrance on the side I was on, so you could park and slide the door and be in your room, though you couldn’t lock the door if you went out. It was right next to a Burger King as well.

The hallway smelled bad. Our room was very stuffy when we got there but the air unit’s fan barely put any air out. The curtains didn’t completely cover the sliding glass doors so light streamed in all night. And then there was breakfast—waffles were fine, the eggs were okay BUT the pastries and bread that were out for consumption were STALE. And the extended stay guests obviously think they have run of the breakfast area.

Rooms were old and in much need of repairs. Sliding glass door was broken. Ceiling tiles missing, walls patched but never finished. Rooms in much need of being updated.

Lobby was nice and well lit. The layout was good. Large grass areas to walk the dogs.

front area was new and very nice but the hallways were old,and dirty ..front desk person seemed to think everything was funny and she had no concern when everything that happened was just a riot .. from giving us the same room as other occupants, the next room had the bathroom issue and the third room was on the second floor even though I asked for the first floor because of a heart issue .. this was all after 9:30 at night.. staff should be better trained as to not sitting outside smoking while people are waiting to check in ..

close to 81. rooms were old but clean.. hallways should be completely rehabbed.. beds were very comfortable.. bathrooms were old and had to change rooms because shower faucet wouldn’t shut off .
