Several rooms were out of service including the suite we reserved. But the staff was helpful in finding us another room that would do for our stay. I would have preferred to be notified before getting there as we really needed the sofa bed in the room we had booked. Had I been notified before hand I would have had more time to look for other options.

It was horribly outdated. There was a weird smell on the 2nd floor. The door to our room looked as though it had been broken into at some point. The mattresses was terrible.

The bathroom sink was not draining and the surface was chipped, the kitchen faucet was dripping and the tv was too far away from the bed area.

I did not like the fact that Ford to be a decent property and great location to corporate offices the tub was very dirty. The carpet was stained and very dirty not to mention it smelled horrible. I don’t have any major complaints, but that’s concerning to me because I never knew what I was stepping in the allowed dogs so you don’t know if it’s dog urine dog poop it smelled so bad.

Smelly Room, I had to use my own bleach and scrub daddy to scrub the dirty tub ring out of the tub. On Sunday when I arrived, I informed them that my sink had a slow drain. It did not get fixed at all my tub drain slow on Thursday evening They came and fixed it. I checked out Friday morning..

It seemed to not have been cleaned. There was hairs in the shower and bath wash droplets still on the walls of the shower, there was a pee stain on the back of the toilet, the floors made our feet turn black with dirt. The hallway reaked of urine, one of the 2 staff we met at front desk came off as not wanting to do her job since we sat at the desk for about 2 minutes watching her sitting behind the wall doing nothing then finally said hello. She signed in annoyance then acted ticked she had to answer our question.

It had lots of space, the ac worked great, location was very close to where we needed to be, able to book last minute.

Breakfast was nothing to advertise.....very bare bones...could have offered some fruit? Coffee had run out and the instant coffee was very poor. I think you can do a lot better with breakfast. Didn't use the kitchen area...but all appliances are very dated..

Room was comfortable and the bath was actually pretty clean except for the large fecal area on the outside of the commode....not in plain view so have the cleaning staff look into room 305..Should have mentioned that to the clerk..but forgot.

Not your fault but next time I’ll ask for third floor. People above were heel walkers. Woke up several times due to others. Didn’t know there would be no ice maker so went and got ice.

Once checked in, not clear markers where elevators were, hallways were dingy and smelled both main floor and the floor I was on. Supposed to be non smoking but the smell of someone smoking marijuana wafted into my room. For a hotel, it seemed to be getting used mostly as an apt building.

I was not happy with the first room I was given. When I entered the room it looked as if someone had rolled out of bed and there was a filthy t-shirt on the counter. I do appreciate that when I brought it to the attention of the front desk they moved me to a very nice room that was clean, it was just frustrating that this had to occur.

Staff was able to meet my needs when my original room was not clean and move to me a better room.

Well the Bathroom wasnt the cleanest. There was hairs in the tub and on toliet. also no shampoo or conditioner. The blanket was thin and there were no extras in the closet. 😔 also there was only 2 small pillows there should be 4.
