Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe maintenance guy is a drunk. He butted in to my conversation with a 40oz in his hand. The carpet is dirty. The bed comfortable had cigarette burns in it. The towels are thin and useless. The door to the room was broken and could open with part way without the key. Terrible, don't go here.

United StatesLocation, online the apps and their website were misleading the reason I picked this hotel was there was gonna be free breakfast. Did they have free breakfast nope!!! Dirty, holes in the walls, stains on couch, floor, even the beds, curtain half hanging, door to bathroom and room you had to pull real hard but most of the time we had to yell or help to open the door!! We stayed 4 nights no maid, we had to ask for toilet paper everyday, and to redo our key card. Which was annoying. Huge rips in the couch and the lights by the bed kept flickering on very creepy.
Absolutely nothing about this hotel that I liked. Other then some staff were nice.

United StatesThere was a hole about the size of a tennis ball above the lock in the door that was stuffed with tissue paper. There was no way to control the temperature in the room. Only one of the lamps in the room worked. The drapes did not close fully and the right-hand side drape was ripped in half. The tub did not drain, the tub faucet ran while the shower was on, shower head ran cooler than the tub faucet so standing in 3 inches of scalding water while taking a lukewarm shower. Noisy with people yelling and screaming in the parking lot outside. Have a sense of humor if you stay here, you'll need it.

United StatesIt wasn’t clean. The bed didn’t have a blanket when we arrived and we had to go ask for one. The front desk person did not want to give us anything. When we tried to come check in we had to wait for someone to come unlock the front door but they gave so much attitude about us coming in. They didn’t have any towels in the room. I booked a king bed and was given a full size.

Honestly surprised they are still open
