The facility was able to add another room for our inconvenience and this made a big difference.

My son slept on the sleeper sofa. The mattress was terrible and it was upside down. When we flipped it over, there was blood on the mattress. Someone tried to hide the blood on the mattress by turning it over. That is very disturbing. For the price we paid it should have been a nicer place. Also checking in was awful. The person at the desk was talking to someone on the phone with the speaker on the entire time we were being checked in. She didn’t even put them on hold or anything. They were just there in the background.

It was ok as far as room size for one night.

I received phones calls from front desk staff hours after check out saying that they were unable to get payment from your booking site & that I owed for the room & should have paid at the property. After 2 phone calls & me telling them that I could indeed see where my card was billed through your site at the time I made the reservation, I didn’t receive additional call.

The only thing I really liked was that it was convenient to the event we were in town for.

On the day we left there was a domestic disturbance either above us or next door , since we only heard the cry for help tried to notify front desk on phone then in person no employee was to be found approximately 07:45 to 7:50 am

desk clerk on nights was kinda rude and for some reason I got charged twice for the same room even though I payed ahead of time and messaged the hotel bout it and haven’t gotten a reply

Shower handle was inoperable! Had to take a bath!

The rubber around the refrigerator was coming loose and wasn't keeping things that cold and the sink in the bathroom constantly dripped

Day shift clerk had attitude for no reason. Stayed by steps where as people through trash. They were working on room next to us with slamming door until late in the evening. Could here toilet running all night

HONESTLY, NOT A BAD DEAL BUT IT'S MORE SET UP FOR LONGER STAYS AS IN THEIR NAME. NO COFFEE,NO PHONE.NO WASTEBASKET. GUESS YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT.

The cleanness.... The room was not clean to the advertised price and expectations. The showers where dirty, I know it was a woman who had been in the room last because her hair was everywhere in the room even wrapped around the TV remote. Hair all over the floors and shower. This was one of the worst rooms I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.

We asked for late check in on first night. No one was available to check us in.

Booked 3 rooms, drove 6 hours, got there, and they have no rooms available to accommodate us. They said my card won't be charged so we finally found somewhere else that would accommodate all 7 of us but woke up the next morning to a $450 hold on my card from there after Rachel(I think that was her name) promised me that there wouldn't be. Of course it's a holiday weekend so we are stuck not being able to enjoy it like we want because of that hold!

breakfast was very poor and little to choose from. the room smelt like body odor. Had to wait 30 minutes at the front desk to check in because no one was there. had to call the property and the lady said "give me a minute ill be right there" then proceeded to have an attitude when she finally arrived. were people outside at all hours of the night blasting music and screaming on the phone.

I really enjoyed leaving this location.

Wasn't vacumned or cleaned. No hot water for a shower. Mold in tub. Rust around microwave. Roach climbing the wall. Outside propery littered with bags of garbage and cig butts. No bath mat. Drip in the kitchen sink. My socks were filthy after walking on carpet and floor.
