The facilities needs some repair. The room was clean, but much was falling apart due to needing to be replaced by overuse. There needs to be better ventilation due to people cooking in their rooms.

The staff was fantastic! They were welcoming and friendly. They were great to work with us with any issues that occurred. They honestly had a lot to deal with and would have been extremely stressful, but they smiled and had patience the entire time.

The furnishings are old and outdated. One of the stove top burners didn’t work and one of the outlets didn’t work. We put in a work order but within the 3 1/2 weeks we stayed there, no one came to fix the items. The carpet was stained and had a smell. The bed didn’t have a comforter, just a sheet and top cover that would be used under the comforter.

The location was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

no utensils cups, tea coffee maker provided as said in advertisements. No internet connection every time I hooked up to it, and the heavy smell of marijuana in the hallway in the morning and at night, people asking for money or cigarettes. Had originally picked the location further down on the expressway but were shifted by booking. com to this one, as told by the girl on duty, also was supposed to be a king bed but was told the room had been trashed and not available so was given a queen room. In all, won’t stay there again .

Breakfast: You shouldn't advertise that you serve any kind of breakfast if all you serve is coffee and an envelope to make your own hot cereal. It's false advertising. I will think twice before letting the "breakfast" offer sway me to choose a hotel in the future.

When I checked in I was given the wrong key to a room that was occupied and when i went to the front desk, the person at the desk questioned if i even had a reservation because i didn’t come down fast enough. i was taken aback and said “huh?” and she mocked me in a loud tone, “HUH?”. They also were very accusatory about the booking, check-in, and the room key before even asking for the booking information. The staff made a mistake and I was berated for it.

The facility was filthy. The suite had dried food on the walls, the refrigerator was covered in old dried food, the floor was sticky, the unit smelled of filth. The ceiling above the refrigerator had blackened cobwebs matted to the ceiling appeared to have never been cleaned..ever...Moved the bedspread back on the bed and there was what appeared to be pubic hair on the linens. Pulled the sheet back and the mattress itself was filthy with what appeared to be dried bodily fluids on it. My husband is a cancer patient and was in town for chemo. We were forced to find other accommodations that were safe for us to stay.

Absolutely nothing about this place was likeable.

The hotel room was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. While we were there, state officials were on the property and conducting a search for a person they were trying to locate, which subjected me to a somewhat feeling of discomfort and unrest. While breakfast was "provided" it was just a table with drip coffee and granola bars. The biggest discomfort really was how dirty the hotel room was. The kitchenette had a previous mess on there, the sheets smelled of smoke, and the shower had stains and didn't drain properly. Admittedly I can be a bit germaphobic, but its always nice to know ahead of time what to expect.

There was no TV remote and after calling and then going down to the front desk and waiting 15 minutes, I was able to get one

There is a confusing little drive way that you have to use in order to get to the property.

Everything was clean and near. We got a window that looked out in a way that we could see our truck. The location is close to several big stores like Walmart and the mall.
