Large, dead bug in the room at check-in. Dirty/stained pillowcases on my bed. I had to retrieve replacements as no one was available to bring them to my room.

The hotel seemed to double as a shelter, and I don’t really object to that except that it was extremely loud all nite. You can hear the television next door very loud and some of the residents stood outside panhandling.

The free breakfast was ok except it was the samething everyday and the options were very limited

Found a small roach and had a tv that wouldn't shut off. Had to dig behind wall mounted tv to unplug. To many people standing right outside the door smoking dope. Should have a minimum distance rule.

Location was nice . Plenty of restaurants and shops without walking distance.

Well where do I start.... the website needs updated it says they have a pool which they do but it's only open on certain days ( which a pool is a deal breaker for my kids) they had a ice machine but it wasn't working which isn't a real big deal... the hotel needs some maintenance upkeep... the front desk really isn't helpful at all for anything. My husband needed our coffee pot replaced it had pieces of it missing they said they would bring one up well we were there 3 days and never seen one so we just went out and bought coffee... the remote to the TV didn't work we tried to figure that out after asking them a few times we took it upon ourselves. When you first walk in there is a sign that says no smoking campus ( but they don't stick to it because people are smoking pot right at the entrance way or in there rooms) which if you ask me is quite rude to the other customers that don't want to smell it or walk through the clod of smoke. You can also smell it in the halls. The desk says they know about it bust they can't do nothing about it. ( compliments to a no smoking facility)... that and the hallway could use vacuuming and they could pay closer attention to the rooms when they clean. When we walked in to our room after check in we found dried food stuck to the floor...

It was a place for us to lay our heads for the trip.... the shower had really hot water and honestly it was pretty big for just a shower... basically you hear the term " you get what you pay for" well this is the hotel.

We have stayed at this place many times over the past 10+ years. We have watched it deteriorate over time but this was the WORST! No air in the lobby or breakfast area??? Why? The floor in our room was filthy! I stepped in a huge “gob” of something sticky by the fridge that took me some time to get off! The fitted sheet on our bed had a huge hole in it! We had only three VERY small pillows and were told no other pillows were available. The hot and cold taps in the bathroom sink were reversed AND there was NO water pressure at the sink!

Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was NOT on!!

The breakfast was amazing it was actually more than what I expected it to be. The cook made sure everyone was being respectful and using the proper utensils instead of hands. The property was nice and semi worth it. Bad customers and customers who don't care makes the property bad. The gym equipment was broken the pool was down from the time I got there til the time we left which sucked being that it was summer and my son really wanted to swim. The rooms were nice and clean of course there were stans and the walls wasn't cleaned property but again that's where bad customers come in at. For this location and everything that comes with it I expected for it to be higher I guess that's why they attracted the bad customers at times. Overall it was very accommodating and I thank you for having us.

Dirty floors and to much carpet in the commen areas. Old beds that are uncomfortable. Having Rheumatoid arthritis you need a comfortable bed not a hard bed.

Breakfast was good and the food was hot. The juice machine had been out for over a week per the staff. The carpet was dirty and stained. Don't put carpet in a dining area unsanitary.
