The bedsheets did not feel fresh. The wall unit makes a lot of noise. There is no hairdryer. Complementary breakfast was a bit stiff.

Quite street, clean bathroom, was happy when read that the breakfast was provided.

key cards stopped working and had to be reprogrammed two times. trash and food crumbs under bed that the dog kept trying to eat. Breakfast was not really a breakfast we could eat. Muffins and granola bars is all that was offered.

Room was not cleaned. Someone’s old sock and crumbs on a chair. Filled/dirty garbage can in the kitchen. Smelled like old smoke/stale (cage over the fire alarm now). Seems like many long term clients around.

We knew everything was booked in Pittsburgh for the game and homecoming for Pitt. This was convenient enough to stay and we knew what to expect. Bed was comfortable. Lots of lights. Staff was very nice

Rooms definitely need to be deep cleaned. Walls are very dirty. Definitely not as clean as most places I've stayed at. Beds were okay but the walls, towels were very dirty.

Our room was not very clean and had it not been for the clean towels in our room, I would have thought they accidentally gave us a room before housekeeping had gotten to it.

It was close to everything we wanted to do that weekend and easily accessible.

Floors could've been mopped/ swept. Feet would get dirty, so I'm glad we had slippers. Everything else was fine.

Staff was accommodating. Stayed on the first floor, and it was pretty quiet.

Hotel is dated and was not very clean. There were no cups or glasses in the room, had to call the front desk. There also were no ice machines. When we called the front desk about this and their response was that we have ice in our freezer. We had ice trays in our freezer which were empty. Wound up going out to buy ice.

I was extremely disappointed with the rates. I checked online and it stated one rate, however when I paid the rate was higher than when I booked the room. Yes, I understand taxes and fees but this was much higher and I did not receive an itemized receipt.

I liked the close proximity of the hotel to the venue where I was working.

When i first arrived to the property, the outside garbage was full and overflowing onto the sidewalk. I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the situation and the garbage still was not emptied when i left an hour later. The room floor did not even look like it was swept or mopped…particles all over, especially in the corners and against the walls.

Full refrigerator was nice to keep beverages and leftovers cold. Bed was comfortable.

Doors made a loud banging noise whenever people went in or out so that was not pleasant. Loads of people hanging out at front entrance smoking most times when we were coming and going. Staff were awful!! I never saw a smile. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. I got the feeling that most people who stayed here actually live here! I felt like I was in section 8 housing apartments.

Overall cleanliness of the room was ok. We weren't expecting the kitchenette so that was a plus! The recliner was comfortable.

Someone came into my room and made three phone calls.. which they were going to try and charge me. They took it off, but kinda scary knowing someone was making themselves at home using my phone.

Room was clean, staff very friendly . breakfast was coffee and I saw oatmeal packets maybe some cereal not sure, no coffee pot in rooms and the only time coffee was available was in the morning it would have been nice to be able to make coffee later in the day.
