I made this reservation for my tenant. I pre-paid the room online. But the hotel would not honor my pre-payment, and charged my tenant's credit card. Now we paid doubled!!!

not clean, saw German cockroaches every morning even when no food lying around, tables are sticky, water pressure from sink is low , and no hot water coming out.

There was hair on the shower walls and on the towels. Bathroom smells moldy, visible dry rot around shower and on ceiling. In the morning we found small roaches in the shower and sink. Loud children in the hallway outside our room until about 10pm.

Not aware this was not just a hotel thats its a shelter and permanent residence. People smoking pot. Also found a joint in our room. Had to change room because it had a sick oder, floor stickie not clean.

waiting at the gate for automatic gate to open that was broken and never opened. Homeless people sleeping in their cars in parking lot. grimy rug and walls in building. security guard overnight was no good in fixing a/c or changing room or accepting flowers i brought for front dest.

check in and check out staff were very courteous. Gave us time for breakfast. Directed us to our room.

First had to use two towels for two people the whole stay. Plus some people hanging outside in a corner. It was ok but didn't sleep well.

Some drama front desk and other extended stayers, cops called and onsite as this traveler approached the entrance, not a good sign. Cops always indicative of ghetto behavior, either them or the people they're dealing with. Prior to checkout, excessive hallway (loud voices) noise of other travelers moving about and advertising their movements; ghetto behavior? Yes.

Excellent North San Jose location and proximity to airport, light rail, and bus lines. Easy check in, clean rooms with kitchenettes for 'extended' stays.

it was a lot of beat up cars, the room that we went to said non smoking when we had to by extra supplies to try to eliminate the smell especially cuz I have a little one.

I get that hotels are reducing cleaning services and amenities to deal with post-COVID staffing shortages, but this place seemed to take it a bit far. Completely empty cabinets. No coffee maker, no glasses or plates or anything in a place that bills itself as "extended stay". This was okay for the one night I stayed, but would have been a problem if I'd been there longer than that. Staff seemed harried and overworked.

Clean, comfortable and right near where I needed to be for my meetings the next day.

Controller in our room is broken. Stains throughout the room. At some point I started smelling a weird smell. The air conditioning in the bathroom did not work. On our way to our room the carpet hallways were so weirdly stained and I smell that I could not fathom.

However this is the second time that I have encountered roaches in the room and I probably won't go back it's horrible to go to a hotel room and then have roaches around you when you pay $180 for a room or whatnot

Room was very different from last time. Smaller/ no water pressure for the shower/HVAC system was dirty had to turn it off because it was causing my asthma to flare up/ had to wait for staff to come to the front desk more than once
