“Accessible bathroom when it actually was not. I expected a roll-in toilet and large level-floor showers with folding chair. I had to buy the chair for the showers and my friend had to help me get in showers and out.

Our room only got cleaned 1 day, another we were only given 1 wash cloth, when we checked in we were sent to a room that someone was already in

we we’re on the first floor, and there was a spider and a roach in our room. this kind of sucked as it was a nice looking hotel and room. it kind of left us on our toes as we were staying, because if there’s 1, there’s more.

the location. need a side access from the convenient store. was a huge pain to drive all the way down the access road and back to hotel. I hated the location.

The room at first was a little muggy, they didn't give us enough towels I had to go get two more, breakfast ends too early, we could hear noise from the other rooms the walls are thin.

Beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and location was convenient.

I didn't get to enjoy the pool because the water did not look to clean and restroom was a little outdated. But it was a cheaper motel, so I feel I got my money's worth

The room was decent. The lady who worked the morning shift behind the desk was super nice and friendly. And I also liked the girl who did the breakfast, she was really friendly and kept everything nice and clean

We stayed in room 314 by the elevator and a service closet, not sure why we heard people talking in there and a phone vibrating early in the morning. That’s very strange to hear someone that close to the bed while you are trying to sleep.

the breakfast hours too early. 630-930 . they were working on half the hotel so I have to areas you can go to, but he did have a vending machine downstairs the drinks to cord and cash where the food and just only take cash but you didn’t hear no real construction that much.

thin walls and floors, you can easily hear people's footsteps and voices from your room. some parts in the room were old. slow elevator.

Showing some wear and tear. I had an end room where smokers would sit outside my window and talk really loud. Elevator was broken.

Facility had experienced a water line break which caused major damage and closed many rooms. Musty odors and disruption as areas were being demolished and repaired.

Can't get change or use a credit card for the snack machine. Not a big deal, but there was no milk for breakfast one day. The pool water was green.

It was between the airport and my destination. Easy to get onto and off the freeway. There's a long sidewalk nearby to get steps in before it gets too warm.

The breakfast was limited and one day of our stay there was no milk available for either coffee or cereal. The bathroom lacked a holder for the toilet paper and had no places to hang damp towels. The in room coffee set up did not have coffee cups available and was not refilled each day.

The staff members we were in contact with were all very friendly and helpful. The location just off the main highway was good for us as we were able to quickly and easily get to the various destinations either in or around Dallas and surrounding area during our stay.
