With the non-refundable policy, it makes it hard to book in advance so I probably won’t come here often because of that as my plans sometimes change. The beds could’ve been more comfortable.

The room was very clean. I loved that it was an easy walk to Disneyland from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. I had an issue when it came to checking in and front desk was able to help me out easily, and I really appreciated it.

The A/C was noisy though the night, kept the room at the relevant temperature.

Close to venue(Disney parks), Clean, maintained, bus stop out the front.

The room we stayed in (#318) was almost too small for three adults. There were two queen beds, but the room would feel crowded for four people. It was a nice room to sleep in, but too small for any degree of "lounging" or hanging out. The other thing I didn't like about the Lulu was their "free-breakfast" set-up. Unlike almost every other hotel in the world, there's no buffet-type breakfast. They have a dinning room where you have to sit down and order your food, which is then brought to you. I suppose the idea is to maintain some control over portions and "pillage" (loading up on muffins, yogurt cups, etc., to eat later--or just because you can get away with it). For the "guest" who wants to get in, eat quickly, or legitimately wants to grab a muffin and cup of coffee and go, Lulu's setup is pretty-much useless. In fact, we didn't use it at all on the three mornings we were there. Maybe that suits Lulu just fine, but I probably won't stay there again. Having a quick buffet is *very* convenient, and nearby hotels *do* have them, so . . .

The room was nice--clean, well-maintained, efficient A/C. Hotel staff were also efficient and easy to deal with (24-hour front desk). The location is close to D.Land for an easy walk. Various restaurants very-near by. A Walgreens and CVS on opposite corners of Harbor and Katella, a half-block (regular city blocks, not huge SoCal blocks) away. Starbucks three-quarters of a block.

The only think I did not like was the no cash policy, some of my friends are not from here and do not have a card.

Amazing location from Disneyland; there is an ihop, a Walgreens and even a Starbucks a couple feet away. Came in to check in around 10 pm and the lady there was amazing and super friendly, definitely made a difference when coming in tired.

I liked the staff and the welcome drink. The cost was great and will likely consider staying again. Great location.

Location was great. I didn't like the view from the eight floor. The rooms felt dated though i know there was a slight theme to it. Rooms felt small because of the ceiling. The hallway on the other floor was warm and slightly humid.

The air conditioner was too loud and didn't work well when changing temperature. Wi-fi was very unstable. I was in the last room and it wasn't easy to use.

The location is perfect if you are going to Disneyland and an event at the Convention Center. Big rooms, eating options, all good.

Noticed some areas of the hotel needed repairs or updates ex: walls, doors, carpet and carpet nail strips. There was only 1 toilet paper roll in room with only a 1/4 of roll left. No ice bucket and door hanger.

Location, restaurant/bar, pool. Room was clean, plenty of towels.

The rooms are starting to become a little dated although I don't consider this a big issue. I think it would be nice if there was a bedside table both sides of the beds and also better placed plug sockets.

The location is excellent and the hotel is clean and well kept, overall it is good value for money. The staff are wonderful and very attentive also.

GREAT location for Disney, 10-15min walk. Next to a Starbucks and ihop, great value for money, lovely staff and I would stay here again. Simple, fuss free. I arrived early and signed up to the rewards program so that I could check in early for free (around 10am) otherwise its an extra charge to check in early.

The rooms are not the cleanest and could use some upgrades. The tub couldn't run a warm bath without some water from the shower head coming out.

It's a good location and a great price. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The walk to Disney is not too bad, having a stroller helped. We did Uber a few times and it's about around $9 for standard and 12 for XL before tip and takes about the same time as walking.

The facility was tired and unkept. The pool was dirty. The room reservations were for 4 only had towels for 3. When I called down, no one answered. I called more than once. I finally went down and asked the front desk.

The location was great. We had an amazing view of the fireworks every night! The beds were comfortable. We all slept well.

The parking fees since we use the car all day and we only parked the car few hours per day . I suggest to charge hourly instead of all day charges .

The location was good . The facilities and staff were excellent. Pool was in great shape and being heated was a plus .
