If you need a daily clean up of your room you have to pass by at the reception every day to request that. Quite annoying, it sounds there is no way to record that in their computers. At last they are quite greedy in terms of coffee in the room, quite a pity.

Excellent location and nice design of the room. Select the 8th floor if possible then you will be able to watch fireworks from Disney parks overnight.

No information given at check in such as the pool or morning coffee. I only know ew a be out the free welcome drink when others hot theirs. We booked the housekeeping but our rooms were nicer made up. We paid for a North tower and were given a south tower. There is a shuttle to Disney but this information wasn’t given.

Water pressure was great in the shower but very slow drain- it’s super gross taking a shower when the water is building up.

A great place to stay if you are going to Disney Land! The shuttle is literally right outside the hotel and it's close enough for a short Uber/Lift ride! We got complimentary drinks and there was a fireplace in the pool area! The property is also near other restaurants and a IHop is right next to it.

Room was very comfortable for our 3 nights we stayed to go to Disneyland for 2 days. It's a little bit of a walk, but not too bad with our 3 kids. Staff was wonderful. I would recommend!

The staff was odd. They weren’t rude or anything, but they seemed distracted, and not really engaging in customer service. For example: I was assigned a room and when I opened it there were clothes on the floor and I heard a voice from inside saying, “hello?” I was mortified, but when I went back to the front desk, they didn’t seem bothered by it and just gave me a new room. When I went to that room, about 2 minutes later, someone opened our door! Again, not bothered by it. We were told about the welcome cocktail from the front desk, but weren’t actually offered it. We went to the bar and asked and they told us we needed to go to the front desk to get it…again, super weird and disconnected from the customer service part of things. All in all though, the hotel was clean, conveniently located near the parks and was a good value, so I wasn’t unhappy with the stay.

I like that they have made the property look a little more chic and modern than your typical hotel of this value.

pretty much nothing. just think the parking is too expensive considering the price we already pay for the room.

The location is excellent, all you need is walking distance, including Disneyland. The hotel is clean, looks like brand new, the room is very comfortable and modern. We really had a good time.

Expensive parking, but parking lot was just behind the hotel and felt safe.

Arrived at 1 pm after a long day and evening at Disneyland. Easy to check in and park the car etc. Nice that the front desk was staffed 24h. The location close to the park was very convenient. Room was fresh and clean, beds super comfortable!

I can't think of anything that we did not like. Our stay was very comfortable. We would come back again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy. Even though we were on the ground floor, the room was quiet. We included breakfast and it was hot, fresh and cooked to order. If you are going to Disneyland, Hotel Lulu is only a short walk to the gates. Very conveniently located. I really liked the mid-century modern vibe.

The bathroom was clean but their toilet flush was like a volcano erupting. We had to keep the toilet seat cover down when flushing so we wouldn’t get hit by toilet water. Not sure if this was the same for all rooms.
