We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This is a very large hotel with 2 buildings. The parking lot had ample parking. Bed was comfortable and room was pretty standard for a hotel of this type.

United StatesThe door to the bathroom was damaged, but functioned properly. There were stains on the hallway carpet and the carpet in the room. The price was about double the going rate for a room of this quality and location. I base this on my experiences during a five week auto trip from Washington state to Quebec and North Carolina. The breakfast was the usual free motel swill, watery scrambled "eggs," lots of sweet food, some "meat." I did not spit out the coffee (which is praise).

United StatesThere's a separate building that has a key card entrance that doesn't work half the time. The second building is also in the front with a small entrance area that is misleading. It makes you think that is the front office and where you should park, until you get to the door and it says to go next door.

United StatesNot happy about the $50 per night pet fee. I’ve only ever paid a max of $25/night at all the hotels I’ve stayed before. For a two star hotel this really brings downs the value and savings. We could’ve stayed at La Quinta for the same price w/ pet fee. Won’t be coming back because of that, sadly.

CanadaDesk receptionist was very robotic, had to ask her to repeat the speal when we checked in because she said it so fast.
I enjoyed having the suite in order to relax after a 15 drive. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy as well as cereal, boiled eggs and yogurt. Service at the breakfast was great. Thank you

United StatesThey ran out of waffle batter, so no waffles. But, the attendant prepared more sausage, so that compensated. The lighting in the room is woefully inadequate!!!! No overhead lighting at all, making the room dark even with all the lights on.

Front desk lady was rude didn’t know the facility. We had requested a ground floor because we had a small dog. At reservation we were told yes we would have ground floor. She put us on 3rd floor . We told her we really would like ground she just said yeah so does everyone else. When I asked her where the stairs were she said I don’t know this is my first week I only use the elevator.

United StatesThe breakfast lady was very rude to my children. There were no signs that said no shoes or no service. Yet she came in the breakfast area hollaring that my kids can not be in the breakfast area without shoes. A few mins before we got in there, there was a mom and her sons with no shoes on. She needs to be informed of the rules for everyone not just certain people she decides to embarrass at the hotel.
The rooms were very comfortable for our family. Breakfast was great each morning.
