Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesWhen I reached my room, I was bewildered by the fact that the light switch didn't work and I had to grope around in a fairly darkened room. Although it was afternoon, the room was surprisingly dim and it took me a little while to get the light fixtures to work. The floor, a kind of faux hardwood, actually was a bit of a hazard - particularly after I got out of the shower: it was quite slippery and I had to brace myself along the furniture to move about.
The bed was sizable and quite comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised, as well, that the pillows were actually decent! The room was acceptable enough for my needs at the time.

We booked on line prior to getting there , and It was for a smoking room , did not care , just booked a simple room , when we got there he said we booked a smoking room and we do not have a smoking room, so why would that be on there sight ?? Who knows after a 8 hour drive we had to do the entire thing over and then he. Charged me another 10 bucks , RIDICULOUS!! I was very unhappy with that. But what could I do .

Price and rooms are cleaner than comparable motels. Faster check in most times the elderly lady is working the front desk and it takes her a while to check in guests, even with reservations booked in advance

Noting the people that ran the place were rude I was told one price then get at the amotel they wanted to charge a 50 dollar deposit that they were to get well they charge 60 dollars and ONLY PUT 10 DOLLARS OVER CHARGE
