We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Easy on and off the interstate. Decent breakfast. Vanity area outside the toilet/shower room.

Deluxe King Suite with Living Room was very roomy. We didn't sleep on the pull out couch, so can't say how comfy it is, but it was really nice for sitting and watching TV in the evening. Everyone was friendly and the location was great. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Mini fridge was also nice and cold upon arrival.

United States of AmericaOk. Well, i stayed for 3 consecutive nights & paid for same room on day by day basis. I used a travel website to book the room the 1st nite for aprox. $79. The next afternoon I decided to stay another nite & paid guy at desk but price was aprox. $88. Believe it or not, the 3rd nite's stay costed Me a Good $100 bucks!! What the heck was the reason for that? When I checked in for the 1st nights stay, the clerk stated a credit card was necessary but Only to have on file to cover possible damages to the room, etc. Whatev, no big deal right?.... I check on my bank balance often & when I did, I was made aware that the hotel charged Me aprox. $2or$3 dollars per nights stay, for having use of the safe I was talking bout at the top of this page. Small price for piece of mind; but the thing was is the hotel charged My C.Card for 3 nights I stayed there. The hotel had also charged that same card of mine aprox. $150 -ish Bucks for a "Deposit" on the room that gets refunded after you checkout; unless someone broke one of the rules that would forfeit the money. But at the end of the day, I was very simply told that the c.Card was "needed only to have on file" & would not be charged, but if I had at least 1 dollar on it would prob help bc their system validates the card for security purposes. I don't know if any1 else has experienced the same as Me but I stayed 3 nights, room price was "Higher" priced each night! Gave desk clerk a credit card Only to "Simply have it on file." <His words exactly btw. So why the hell am I having posted transactions on my c.Card that equalled a "Good" aprox. $150.00 after the 1st night stay!!?? Yes I understand it gets refunded back 2 Me, but why was I told it was only to have on file then? So, what would happen if I only had 1 dollar on that card? Can someone even stay and NOT Pay the safe deposit/room deposit?
I enjoyed the room, no noisy neighbors for Me either so had great nights sleep! I also appreciate the option to use small safe in the room. And last but not least , i had a Decent Hot breakfast that's included in room price.
