The room was spacious and we loved the recent renovations. Beds were very comfy too. It gets noisy in the mornings as they continue doing renovations but it didn't bother us as we were already up and getting ready to leave.

Hallway carpets and walls were worn/dirty, outdated and sporadically painted. Didn’t affect our room though.

Close to the airport, very large room, comfortable beds. Didn’t realize a small breakfast was included so that was a nice bonus!

The property is under going a remodel. We were unable to lock our door and had to make sure it was shut as it wouldn't close all the way.

The beds were comfortable. It was close to where we needed to be the next day.

Little things were missing like lighting in some areas. There was only one rubbish bin in the area near the tv but none in the bathroom. Just a small thing. The bathroom was a bit tight to navigate around the door.

Although in the middle of renovations for the general hotel, the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and the bed was large and comfortable. There was a lovely couch to stretch out on. There was a lovely heated pool and plenty of ice in the ice machine. Coffee and/or tea was provided with fruit, muffins, cereal and bagels each morning which you could enjoy with a large screen tv nearby. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

No mention of renovations when booking, bit of a mess! Lift didn’t work, so we had to drag luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

Clean, huge rooms, great bed and bathroom and towels. Fridge and lounge all excellent! Had an indoor pool we used. Snacks available for purchase.

Some of the finishes to the room were not done, like door trim, the hotel lobby was being painted, boxes were on the ground in the foyer behind the desk and outside by the door for the entire stay. This should be one day max for boxes. The OJ dispenser was marked with a sign No OJ. If there is no OJ for one day, fine, but the next day it should be filled OR remove the OJ container all together, because you never intended to refill it in the first place as this feels like a tease.

Because they are renovating the lobby and hallways they hadn’t hung the new doors yet and our deadbolt wouldn’t latch. Also they started working on said renovations about 8:30 am Sunday morning so if you were hoping to sleep in, it wasn’t going to happen.

The property was quiet. The room was recently renovated, it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is being remodeled, but it's not inconvenient or loud. The lobby was recently finished and is beautiful now.

The staff is always friendly, and helpful. You can't beat the price and it's in beautiful old town Scottsdale. My favorite part is the indoor pool.

The one thing about the place was that it felt like the door didn’t lock all the way, and had it my back of my mind that is was never truly locked. Other than that I think it was good.

Hello all, I would like to say first and foremost this property is under construction- so that should be taken to mind. I personally was just looking for a good place to stay ( better than ok) , this place was decent. The area was great for me as a solo traveler- location felt safe. Not too far from old town, gas station next door and about 13mins ( maybe less from airport) the room was cute and bathroom was nice and spotless. It did the job nicely.
