We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe didn't get maid service for one night, but did have sufficient number of towels so no big deal.
The breakfast was wonderful! Not just your typical muffins. Included waffles, eggs and sausage and much more. Coffee 24/7. The location was perfect! We were going to Cape Hanolopen but because of water main break, had to go to Rehobeth and it was only a few miles away. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

United StatesI was disappointed in the cleanliness of the actual room. Our beds were clean with clean linens, however the bathroom linens some had staining. Which I get can happen but I don't want to use a white towel with a yellow stain. There was also something sticky on the floor (looked like maybe a fruit snack) smushed into the floor. There was hair ties from the previous guest on the floors, and areas that seemed to be missed when being wiped down. There was mold/mildew all around the bottom of the shower and around the vent in the bathroom. Just gave an overall unclean feeling being in the room
Staff was super nice, breakfast was great, clean general areas. The pool and splash pad area were a huge selling point for us with little kiddos!

United StatesWe wish the hotel provided SMART tvs, as we were limited on what we could watch. Our safe did not work but the hotel was quick to replace the batteries to try to fix it. Thanks a lot!
Breakfast was great! Lots of choices, Would like to see more fresh fruit. Beds were super comfortable and soft pillows. Room was good, A bit small but good nonetheless. Bathroom a bit small but the shower was very nice. Room service was provided, beds made every day. Very nice. Staff always smiling at the front desk. Towels always stocked at the pool. We loved the ice cream freezer in the lobby.
