Someone from the hotel had to see the people hanging out and smoking marijuana, it was a daily ongoing event. Although we were up early and out sightseeing most of the day, someone could have stopped and asked if the TV ever worked.

I was not able to get a person on the telephone at the front desk to report the room key did not work. I was on the 3rd floor in 100 degree heat and did not want to walk back down to the lobby desk. Once I did get someone on the phone, a very nice man came and fixed the key immediately and he looked at the TV as well, it NEVER worked the entire time we stayed. The kitchen did not have a coffee pot, the iron did not work properly because the stopper for the water was missing so when I ironed the clothes would get wet. The stairwells and parking lot had men sitting and hanging around them. The men hanging around the stairwells were smoking marijuana. There was no elevator, I had one large suitcase. The hotel did not seem to be that busy to ask us to be on the 3rd floor BUT we realized that the hotel was trying to avoid us from being closer to the people hanging out on the steps or in the parking lot.

More like a motel than a hotel. The bed linen was spotted and had a burned hole in it. The room was dark and not well decorated. The staff wasn’t overly helpful.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room floors and the challenge in chasing down crawling insects, especially the one crawling along the screen of the TV. Not exactly what we wanted to see or share a room with. I can only give this a 2 star rating.

The only thing we liked was the location.

As soon as we got there we had to switch rooms three times because the 1st room wasn't clean, and the second rooms lights and TV were broken, and the third rooms lights were broken.

unit not equipped with basics as shown on line.....rug should have been pulled out years ago very worn, we had to ask for everything including toilet paper..some things we asked for basic kitchen items we never got we went out and bought them like a kitchen sink stopper to keep water in the sink while you do dishes etc. the staff could only give us what they had. there were some people staying there did not care about making a lot of noise slamming doors as hard as they could at 3 or 4 in the am. some people going off to work. the staff should talk to all people checking in and advise them to be respectful .

The bathroom shower rod was broken , no room service asking if we need anything like towels, fresh blankets and sheets. Also I saw a roach in the bathroom. Out stay lasted for about a week

I notified them up front that I would arrive between midnight an one am in the morning. There was supposed to be someone on duty but the person was not there and after unsuccessfully trying to get hold of someone for 2 hours I had to walk around the corner to a different establishment and book in there for the night. The next day they appologised and promised to refund me for the night, but 8 days later I have not received the refund as yet. The room they then booked me in was not sufficiently prepared. There was no toilet paper or towels or shower curtain. Once they rectified that, I checked the kitchen and found no plates, cups, cutlery, pots or pans. I queried that and found that there was supposed to be a flier in the unit stipulating that you need to ask for whatever utensils you need for the kitchen during your stay. Once I got the kitchen utensils I could stay fairly comfortably. The room smelled a bit musty, but the aircon was very effective at keeping the room cool.

Never did their breakfast as it was just a few things on a counter at reception. You had to take what you needed back to your room as there was nowhere to sit and enjoy it.

Room wasn't up to par. Bathroom door was plastered, roaches on the wall and in the night stand. Sink was slow drainage. Not what I expected. I was very disappointed 😞.

It was dirty. Deep dirty. sheets were clean but carpet severely stained. old dirt in corners and behind furniture. some kind of thick white spill on the carpet. splatters on the wall. Needs a deep clean.

The room was run down... furniture was in falling apart. The was a baby cockroach in the kitchen. Just one. It disappeared before I could deal with it.

The location was OK for what I needed. This is a busy shopping mall area. I liked the ground floor drive-up feature.

Staff at check in had no manners. When we entered the office, there was no one there. After a short wait she came in talking in the phone. She was on the phone the entire time whiles checking us in. Been the first person to meet at the property, I knew my stay wasn’t going to be good. The rooms had some smell
