The shower head was missing in the shower and there was no hot breakfast. There was a machine to make waffles but no waffle mix.

The staff was really friendly and the hotel was quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean.

The tv could have been a little bigger. I had a connecting door attachment, never cared for that to much. My room was by vending machine I should have told them sooner to arrange.

The room was very nice and spacious with updated decor. The bed was comfortable with plenty pillows. The couch where u can lounge instead of being in bed all day. The darkness of the curtains from daylight was awesome. Plenty cable channels. Close to the malls and restaurants easy access to interstate.

Shower head wasn’t operating as it should, water pressure was a little low. Also there were vending machines on my floor but were inoperable.

Very friendly receptionist, bed was incredibly comfortable, ease of working the TV and liked the size of my room. Cleanliness was top notch!

It has DEFINITELY declined in quality over the past 3 years. The lobby and whole front smelled of marijuana (ok, whatever...people will be people so it's not a deal breaker and not really the property's fault). Staff I encountered from check-in to check-out were polite enough but truly seemed and sounded dead inside (but they did their job so that's something). The AC unit in the room rattled and worked poorly. The entire room smelled of smoke and mildew (non-smoking room). The shower barely drained (yes,.the drain was open) and hair from past guests was all over the place. There is significant wear and tear changes to some of the rooms (I presume due to the guests/party people that may be frequenting the place now). It used to have a strong family atmosphere but not so much anymore. Overall, I'll probably keep staying here due to the price but I see why the reviews have declined on the place.

I want to still love this place (been here over 10 times but first time in a few years). The price and size of the rooms still makes this a good value. Breakfast is good but get there early or it will be packed (or most stuff will be hard to find). Location is convenient to a lot of areas and even walkable for food stores etc.

The room had a bug that had been smashed on the ceiling but had not been removed, it looked like the shower was used to clean construction tools in it, the comforters had stains on them, and we killed a bug in the bathroom. Management did discount our stay due to these issues, but I still would not recommend this place.

Hotel was hot, reeked of marijuana, microwave in room did not work, lamp was broken, room had someone else’s dirty sock in it. Door card stopped working in middle of stay and didn’t know until getting to door on 5th floor with food and kids in hand.

Location was the only thing good about this hotel. It was conveniently located based on where I needed to be.

Our son’s iPad was stolen from our hotel room!!! We stayed for Christmas visiting from SC and on Christmas Eve night we had to switch rooms because the water pressure in the bathroom blew the faucet off in the bathtub. We had so much stuff to pack up after Christmas before getting back on the road we didn’t realize until after making it back to SC and unpacked looking for it. Whoever stole it has now put a passcode on his iPad and turned the “find my” off. Absolutely disgusting staff member that did it !!
