The fact that I was charged more than the price that was quoted on the website. I was quoted a price of 93.22, but was charged 108.04.

I liked the room size and layout.

The roaches

I killed several roaches in the room, it could have been a little bit cleaner but overall I believe the staff was doing the best they could.

The awful cigarette smell was all over the place and so strong in the room I could not even sleep. The bathroom trash was not taken about and the shower was dirty with hair and dirt.

The facility itself was decent. I wouldn’t call that breakfast included though. Every time I came down for coffee or muffins, I had to ask for it to be refilled. When I asked for utensils for the kitchen, I was given soap to wash them cause the desk clerk said their dishwasher wasn’t the greatest. I would bring your own. The only thing that would not make me stay here again was the multiple incidents that occurred from its guest. There was a yelling match, the fire alarm was pulled out of anger, and the smell of weed.

I stayed for a week. Bed was really comfortable. Utensils for the kitchen is supplied if you go to the front desk and ask.

Customer service as awful, mold on sink in kitchen, no coffee makers available and no one ever cleaned the pool everyday went out there and I actually scooped the pool because no one paid any attention to it.

I liked the location & the fact that my girls had a pool to swim in each day while we were there. The facility was nice & clean, as well as the pool & pool area.

The room was not cleaned to the 10 point inspection that was advertised. The hall smelled of marijuana all the time.

The location was great and Jamal at the desk was great, he got us the supplies we needed for our stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The rug was obviously cleaned right before we arrived but it was still wet:( The thing that really bothered me was the piles of dog poop that was just everywhere. the area to walk dogs was literally covered. there were trash can AND bags for people to pick up after their dogs but clearly no one is doing it.

Loved the location and the staff were AMAZING! very help, polite and happy. always had a smile and good morning waiting in the morning and a good night if I saw them at night.

We didn't eat their breakfast. I'm diabetic, and they basically had a lot of carbohydrates, so we went out to get some protein. I honestly thought I was booking the equivalent of a Residence Inn suite. There was a kitchen, but only one table, which was situated like a desk. No couch. Tiny TV which we had to watch from the bed.

It was pretty clean, the bed was firm, and the location was great.

Outdated appliances Bed was kind of hard Sofa was extremely hard TV was very tiny, especially where it's positioned in the room Smell was awful inside the room and outside the room (our neighbors had dogs)

The Customer Service was very pleasant, but the hotel itself needs a lot of TLC!!! BOTH of our rooms had lingering smells that we just dealt with the 2 nights we stayed. Everything in the room is outdated and could stand for full makeovers.

Neither bedside lamp worked. No ice machine. Bathroom door wouldn't stay open to let towels air out. Bathroom was dirty. One of the beds was broken on the end.

The staff was rather rude, and the breakfast was a poor choice. The kitchen was not great, and they gave very few kitchen items. A lot of sketchy people were always hanging around outside.

The room wasn't cleaned to the 10 point system the sticker in the bathroom said. The floor in the bathroom was not swept and the tub still had hair in it from previous people.

The room was spacious, my husband and I stayed the night before in a single room with 1 bed and the bed was so stiff it was uncomfortable to lay in. We were on out way to FL to get his kids for the summer , But the suite we got had 2 beds and a pullout couch there was plenty of room.for us and his 3 kids. We didn't feel like we were ontop of one another and it was nice to not be crowded And these beds were a little bit more comfortable it was definitely easier to sleep in

The floor was poorly swept. There was a funky smell in the hall way and room smelled like cigarettes. And the bed was horrendous, very uncomfortable we barley slept.

I liked the fact that there was a kitchen, made things very convenient. And that we were on the 1st floor.

the room was clean but the floor was not. the fridge was clean but the stove needed a bit of cleaning

the property was near the highway and the staff was nice and helpful. we did receive a welcome that had instruction on how to obtain supplies to cook with.
