Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesParking was a bit tight. It'd be good to note to guests that the passcode to the parking doesn't work until the check-in time, even though it's noted that you're allowed to use the facilities before your room is ready.
Full kitchen with cooking supplies in good shape. Spacious and well kept furniture was comfortable. Great facilities and liked the automated access to towels.

Our view was fantastic, the pools were amazing, and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the “towel tracker” machine for pool/beach towels, the parking area was very convenient, and the lanai was relaxing.

United StatesIt was probably the time of year, but our rental car was covered in sticky leaves from trees in the parking area. Small price to pay for the beauty of the trees.
Everything was very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed. We loved how quiet and tranquil the resort is. The grounds are lovely. Staff very friendly. Nice having Duke’s right there. Pools were clean. Appreciated valet and free self parking. Beach right outside the resort was great.

United StatesThe Towel Tracker system was a little annoying as the machines were often out of service, so we had to find a staff to open it for us almost every day.
The facilities were perfect for our family. The rooms were clean and spacious and the views spectacular. Walking out past the pools to the beach with excellent snorkeling, where we saw a turtle and some manta rays in the reef. Very close to other restaurants, and the lobby market with staples and smoothie bar was great for a quick bite. An exceptional place to stay.

United StatesAs a couple looking for a respite there was no Adult only pool, but only a “quiet” labeled pool connected to a very active area and even this quiet pool usually had parents, toddlers, kids splashing around- unfortunately there was no onsite monitoring or even anyone we felt we could speak with about this to regulate. Because of this we only used pool 1 of the nine days.

United StatesSofa bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were all pretty deflated. The studio suite I booked was advertised as having two sofa beds but only had one. We were provided with a futon which solved the problem.
Resort, pools, hot tubs, beach, location, restaurant, views, guest portal and staff responsiveness, well-stocked kitchen and a very good bag of coffee provided.

United StatesThe kitchen faucet was very difficult to turn between hot and cold -- practically had to force it to work. When on, it leaked on the counter. The coffee pot lid was broken. There were no cleaning products and no broom and no dust pan. We were there for 10 days and couldn't sweep the floors. LASTLY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, for 3 1/2 days an alarm in the unit across the hall ran intermittently, night and day. One night in particular it was on from 2:00 to 3:00 A.M. I called the "front desk" at least 3, maybe 4 times - twice security guards came up but it wasn't beeping then. While I was on one of the calls a lady from down the hall came up to me and said the alarm had been keeping her awake and the person on the other end of the call could hear it. On the last call I was told to call property management, which I did. It finally got taken care of the next day. Very frustrating.
The unit itself was nice, as was the view. Grounds are lovely and well-kept. Bellmen were great.
