Just needs like a fresher breakfast for the price of the room. And better tv as no ability to Bluetooth to connect an ipad to be able to watch Netflix or other apps

Everything was lovely. Wish they had better food for breakfast. The small stove in the kitchenette should be advertised more as that’s a great option if you prefer to cook your own food. Great pool and kind staff

The cleanliness of the room was subpar and we encountered pieces of hair left in the shower and some odd stains on the sink in the bathroom.

My adult son slept on sofa bed. It woke me (his mother in queen bed) every time he rolled over. The springs are gone in the sofa bed. Time to replace. Might want to consider Murphy bed.

Breakfast was mediocre for a continental breakfast.

One suite accommodated my entire family of 5 comfortably. 2bed/2ba with a pull out bed.

The food was horrible. I was sick for two days after my stay. Eggs at breakfast were not prepared right. Scrambled eggs shouldn't be runny or cold. Food poisoning isn't a good look.

The hotel staff gave us room keys which room was already occupied by other guest and the key we had could open the door. That was scary. It was very uncomfortable and shocking. One of the face towel in the bathroom had a big stain. I wondered if it was washed. Although the check out time was 11 or 12am, a housekeeper knocked on the door around 10. I had to tell her that we are not leaving yet. We felt we were pushed time.

I liked the fact that even though the hotel front desk staff gave us wrong room and its key and sent us to a room that was already occupied by someone, when we went back to the front desk, they rearranged our room and gave us new keys. Breakfast was simple and good. Bathroom and the room were clean.

The cost. And the bathrooms were slightly grungy.

Great location. We didn't have breakfast. Very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed one night so quite expensive.

Booked 2 rooms and were provided rooms 1 in each corner of the hotel. Hotel has a very long corridors on each floor which made it very uncomfortable especially with kids. Rooms are not cleaned everyday or alternate day. You need to book for your room to be cleaned or towels changed.

could not walk to restaurants but not a problem . no bacon at breakfast but that just being picky

once we found it , great space . had a Robles re a locked door but maintenance guy was outstanding .fixed it when we were out and left chocolate. He is to be commended .thank you . reception staff also friendly and helpful

My only negative comment would be the cleanness of the pool. It is always busy, so probably that's why, but we always find hair in the water!

Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is amazing! They always have a little something for my kid! The breakfast is nice (nothing special though), the rooms are big and there's a full kitchen too! Perfect for families! The pool is always a nice temperature too!

The swimming pool was a bit old and had much chlorine it seemed. But we still used it and we’re happy it was there!

Loved getting a phone call after we got to our room just to check on us and see if we needed anything. That was very nice. Loved the juice and fruit available in lobby.

No designated game room/ arcade or kids center. Did have a ping pong table.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and open long hours.Free breakfast, best eggs.Rooms well equipped with everything you would need. Ice maker in room .

I thought they have a hot tub, but they do not. I believe there are still photos online of the hot tub, which might be why I was mistaken.
