The only thing I didn’t like was that the pullout bed for our kids wasn’t made up with even sheets and there were none in the room. We had to call down twice, but to be fair it was quite late and I’m sure they have minimal staff at that time. The front desk was apologetic and got them to us quickly after the second call.

It was clean and after an annoying runaround with the umbrella company staff, the hotel staff were very helpful when we needed to change our check-in date back one day. Jessica was very friendly and welcoming.

I had booked a queen suite which on the Booking website showed a king and a queen bed but the hotel had only 1 queen bed . They were snow to accommodate our party but the Booking website needs to update their information as it was incorrect

I wish I'd asked for a room closer to the exit for my elderly dog. It would be helpful if pet owners knew the layout and could request rooms close to the exit.

Some days, the fried sausage is like recooked and texture is like plastics. Sometimes having waffle machine for self service but sometimes don't. The 2 water bottles are NOT given automatically inside the room every day...when I asked, the front desk lady said it was under control and not giving me any although I was asking for two more bottles. It was kind of upset for a Hilton chain hotel. There should be some slipper or mat at basin area as the floor is cool. The windows has air leakages and not tight sealed.

The sitting area for breakfast is nice. The fresh fried pork minced meat is very nice. One of the male staff was very gentleman and nice.

Walking halls in hotel The layout is kinda crazy The elevator can get you to the 2nd floor but good Distance yes, like a good hike with all your bags to the back of the building. Yes, there's a second elevator but it's still not any different.

The breakfast on Monday morning was the same breakfast from the day before just reheated . There wasn’t a lot to choose from so in the end my family still ended up hungry.

The only issue I had was the stomping all day and night of the people above us. First time I’ve ever been able to hear the people above me that good.

The facility only had 3 dollies. Most people keep these dollies in their rooms....because they are scarce and convenient. They don't care that someone could REALLY use one....When there is scarcity there is immense demand. Not the Hotel's fault but a smarter way needs to be implemented to keep these dollies handy and returned for other people. Other than that...very clean rooms and good internet for work.

I asked for pool towels when I got to the pool and had to wait 15 mi n until my husband got angry. with front desk personnel. Then, they brought the towels to the pool. I was dripping and needed to get dry. Also when I got to the shower, in my room, there was no shampoo in the bottle. My husband called them and they brought asap.

The hotel was clean and orderly. The staff demonstrated professionalism. The location was very convenient.

Exercise facilities need some updating. The machines were old and not in great shape. Children shouldn't be allowed. They were playing on the machines.
