More than one elevator that worked. An ice machine on the 4th floor. A phone that worked in order for us to call the desk with questions. A shower head that worked. A TV that worked, ours did not have a network connection when we tried to check the weather channel. Overall, the property badly needs an updating. You have good bones but the place is worn out. Hilton should be ashamed.

The children need a game room or theater area-something like that.

I really like this location because it gives this area a nice comfortable affordable high quality, safe place to relax. MY check-in was effortless: Thank you. The breakfast was good, the dining area is clean and well attended by the present staffing team I assume lead by MS Pettway. The security personnel were attentive and comfortable to talk with. House Keeping was very hospitable and kind. The grounds were nicely kept. Great place to stay.

The air condition was very loud. Looking at the unit and checking the filter it was DISGUSTING see pictures attached. I reported the issue to the front desk and asked to be compensated. I was informed that I need to do this with booking.com. This is not up to Covid cleaning standards. It is absolutely filthy

back in september i had a kickback and it was great . this time i had a girl’s night out and they kept knocking on the door saying we was too loud but it was another guess having a kids party and they was loud but they ain’t knock on there door one time ..

There were issues with the heating/cooling system and the maintenance man immediately came to room to check out and made adjustments. The staff was most accommodating.

The hotel was a bit "tired" and in queue for upcoming renovation. Room was spacious and staff went overboard to accommodate us. Genuine "southern hospitality".

Cleanliness of the floors and baseboards was sub par. Door closing is so loud. When the guest next door comes home at 2 am and let’s the door close by itself it is so loud. Guests should have to hold the door and let it close slowly. No hand soap, in a pandemic! Front desk staff were not friendly. Often they were absent from desk when I came back to the hotel in the evening anyone can enter the lobby. Not very secure.

Bananas were black. Low standard for breakfast.

the space was perfect for the sleepover i had for my daughters 5th birthday i had a 2bd2b suite the staff was exceptionally good to me and my guest the maintenance man went over and beyond when i arrived with all my request his name was Brandon.. the front desk lady was really nice i didnt get her name but she was awesome as well i would recommend this property again and again😊

Building is too old and yet is pricey. The A/C is also old and super noisy, you can’t sleep well hearing that noise. There is a kitchen in the suite but there is no one single pan, glass, pot, spoon, knife, nothing. It’s a lot better to find an Airbnb, fire sure less expensive and also newer, kitchens always have something and probably the A/C is not a locomotive.

When we checked in, they were so short staffed that we had to wait 45 minutes to get our room. The room had multiple problems - the fan/light in the bedroom worked so the fan was always on and the lights were always off. The kitchen sink seemed to leak onto the floor when we used it. The shower was weak and didn't get hot, just warm. The toilet stopped up.

The breakfast was OK except the coffee was colored water. We threw the coffee out.

No complaints, it was a perfect stay.

The room was so clean and this is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in that had adequate lightening. There was a top light with a ceiling fan. This was wonderful for me since I was there doing a last review to take my nursing boards the next day. The location was perfect because it was right up the street from my appointed destination. There was a small continental breakfast that was grab and go due to COVID restrictions that are in place. Ideal since the rooms have a microwave in them to heat up your breakfast sandwiches.

You charge too much for your snacks. I was told to come down and pick up bedding for the couch and towels from the front desk. Place is kind of run down.

Room 301 was average. One of the queen beds had a metal frame piece protruding which I cut my leg on. Carpets throughout hotel were filthy. Free breakfast included packaged items to be taken somewhere else to be eaten. The worst free breakfast I’ve seen. No coffee!!!

As expected. no frills hotel 10 mins from city centre by car. Pool was closed which disappointed us with no explanation. we saw some guests returning from the nearby hotel who told us we could have used their pool but we weren’t advised. Quiet hotel. breakfast budget but satisfying
