The breakfast buffet wasn't so good, not alot of choices, the potatoes had no seasoning, the eggs seemed to have been watered down, the bacon was very crisp, and the coffee seemed watered down also.

Well the room was great, the area nice and quiet, room was clean along with the hotel itself. The staff was decent.

Couch was very uncomfortable and cushions were ripped. When opened into the sofa bed for my daughter the sheet had crumbs on it from previous customers. Also toiletries in shower were empty

I’m pretty easy to please with breakfast but this breakfast was below par. The sausage patties did not look cooked and the eggs were dry and rubbery. I settled for the Raisin Bran but there was only almond milk. I asked for regular milk but there wasn’t any.

The rooms were large and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and happy. Easy in and out with my dog.

oom was ok, needs a bit of updating, but ok b reakfast area .......constantly running out of coffee, had to wait 14 minutes for first cup, then another 15 minutes after it ran out again.....is anyone there aware that coffee is the most essential part of any breakfast in a hotel in america? the women in charge of the area, seemed to walk slower then molasses and not really seemed to care at all

The breakfast as always is not very good. The coffee was only warm. I'm not sure what kind of bacon that was and the egg omelet does not look very appetizing. Not enough fresh fruit was provided. Only apples and I think they were Oranges. But they looked like lemons. Only 1 waffle maker?? If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, your hotel does not make it so.

Keys were tricky and had to try multiple times. We were on first floor and the people above us were LOUD late into the night. Breakfast was seriously lacking.

Clean. Although the fitness center was tiny I was luckily the only one in it and it had everything I needed for a good strength training workout.

The building layout was a little odd, with a spiral design, such that if you want to stay inside, you might be like us and have to loop around the whole building to get to your room. If you don't mind going outside, it is easy to complete the loop and not have to backtrack the whole hotel. The shower was clean, but had some evidence of mildew which drew the eye.

The complimentary breakfast was solid. Just enough of each different option so that everyone could find something they liked. The coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast eating area was spacious with a nice high ceiling. There were nice sports and excercise facilities, with an exercise room, pool, and what looked like a pickleball court (I don't play).

The sleeper sofa was terrible and had no sheets or pillows. I went to the desk to ask for pillows, sheets, and a blanket for the bed and was only given sheets and pillows. They said they would bring a blanket. They never did, and never answered the phone at the front desk. Thank God it was only 1 night.

Missing phone chargers in bedroom, we were sent to a room that was half cleaned with garbage on the table and sheets off the bed so we went to the front desk to get a different room. The breakfast area was lacking staff attention, coffee not ready in the am, had to wait for food, garbage overflowing

Hallways got cold but it was really cold outside.

Kids were happy with pool. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful to all our needs. Close to many things. Kitchenette was really nice.

Room couch, kitchen, and kitchen chair were stained and appeared dirty. The refrigerator inside was dirty, along with the stove. The cleanliness was not up HILTON STANARDS!

Staff was super friendly. The location was close to my event and food opportunities.
