Outdated, Dirty, First Room we got smelled like car pee second one like cigarette smoke. We decided to stay in the second one. Hair everywhere, bathroom, beds, sofa … Even dirt fell out of the „fresh“ towels.

Booking online is not clear on what night. 8 booked for the following night and when I got to hotel I realized it got messed up and was unable to get a room. And still had to pay for it

The breakfast was lame. You used to have waffles fresh eggs ham etc now it’s just processed eggs. The coffee was so bad after the second day I went to Sheets and got it there. The kids gave up after the second day and didn’t even get up for it anymore. I had to take them out for breakfast instead. Hate that you got rid of the hot tub I quess it was just Covid fear but now that that’s over your not going back. The rooms were not properly inspected we found the clock wasn’t just unplugged the wire was cut I gave it to the front desk. There was no silverware tray in the washing machine front desk gave us one. There were hairs in the bathtub before we used it. Stains on the walls and cobwebs behind the the bathroom door stuff like that sets you guys back from the first few times we stayed here. Quaity is definitely slipping.

See below regarding breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful. The pool was nice. Grounds were well kept out side. Great location for the water parks. Lots of food places nearby.

Booked a suite for 4 adults but the room was not set up for same. Had to call more than once for the number of towels to be adjusted; for linen, pillows, and a blanket for the sofa (loveseat,)bed which had a rather thin double mattress. Needless to say, after having been on the road all day, we simply wanted to shower and go to sleep.

I had never stayed at a Homewood Suite where .the breakfast was slim pickings. Fruit was not even an option the " bread" options were all white flour, and God help you if you don't or can't eat eggs. No water or milk choices.

Wish the breakfast was earlier on a Sunday.

The room was clean and we loved the mini kitchen. We have a family of 5 so 3 in the King and 2 on the pullout sofa worked! Wished the breakfast was available earlier on a Sunday though.

Breakfast was simple. If you are looking for a quick cup of coffee, bagel and prepackaged muffin then your good but anything else your looking for is better to go to local breakfast spots. Most importantly the bed was lumpy. wish is was a bit more comfortable.

Location was great. Close to airport and surprisingly quiet (no air space/plane noise). Room was to the corner of the hotel and was quiet at that side. The room was as clean as it could be, no issue.

Our initial room had dog hair all in the sheets and furniture. Then our second room the keys would not work, including staff master key. Attempting to enter third room it was occupied. Then we finally got into a room.

Location was great and the staff was wonderful.

They were a little unorganized. I do not think they are used to being sold out.

Breakfast was fair. Never enough. People always waiting for more. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The breakfast looked so uninspiring, we drove 3 1/2 miles to a Perkins. The room was cold, called the front desk and they said they would send up a blanket. It never came. The reason it was so cold was that the a/c was on. There was a floor unit heat/ac combo which had inoperable controls. The front desk lady should have known to tell us to control the temp with the thermostat in the other room.

The breakfast looked so uninspiring, we drove 3 1/2 miles to a Perkins. The room was nice, not impressed with the staff at the front desk.

We frequently had issues with the key cards not working correctly. The areas of remodeling were not noted online and were an eyesore walking through.

The room was clean and the amenities were very good. The pool area was a little chilly both in and out of the water but my children enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen space was a nice perk. The breakfast was excellent
