Bathroom was poorly lit. Upon arrival our room had the distinct smell of a backed up sewer which went away overnight. We did hear about several who changed rooms because of that. Told front desk three times I wanted extra foam pillows and towels (they only make the room every other day). Had to go down to the front desk to get it.

Noise from above, we could hear someone walking back and forth heavily, really could have been better. The pocket door to the bathroom is TERRIBLE. It sticks most of the time preventing it from opening, very concerning. Also, a sewer smell was noticed frequently at the front door of room 327.

The breakfast was fair, nothing special, nothing really cooked from scratch. Everything was pre-made and heated up. Good location, close to stores restaurants and the highway, maybe too close to the highway (some noise). The curtains blocked light very well and the room door blocked light very well also (both important to us). Very nice staff, met all needs. Pool room was a comfortable temperature and did not stink of chlorine. We also liked the decent sized dining table that easily moved to an area for family meals.

Had a bad smell 😓 Don’t know if it was from a dog maybe because it’s a pet friendly hotel but it was bad 🥺 room 211 And the lighting in the bathroom is terrible, if you need a decent light for makeup or anything, you better bring a flashlight 🫣

The room was great, very clean and spacious. Fridge was full size and the beds were firm but not hard. Perfect for our short trip.

I requested a room with a stove/burner and they gave me a room with a full kitchen but no heat source to prepare a meal. No stove or burner like I requested.

The staff are professional, the property is clean the rooms are nice. Thembani checked us in and he was so polite and respectful. Very welcoming. I witnessed a customer disrespect him and act rude towards him and Thembani maintained his bearings and remained professional and serviced the customer with respect and dignity, just as he served myself and the other patrons.

The entrance is a bit awkward and there’s a severe bump coming in. Our room was great. Only complaint is that the bathroom mirror light was very dim. Breakfast was lovely!

It was just off the freeway so convenient to just about anything.

We were only there for a few hours. Overall, we didn't have enough time to have anything bad to say.

We got in really late, but everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was a good selection, and there was plenty of seating. Beds were super comfy!

The microwave was dirty. The pool was small and no hot tub. The bathroom in the pool area was trashed and the key wouldn't work to open the pool area. It was by some nice looking apartments, but the area wasn't as ok as it seemed. There was one car in the front parking lot with a rock smashed through the windshield. We parked in the back and the next morning there must have been another broken side window on someone else's vehicle smashed out that was parked down from us because there glass from a window being smashed out on the ground.

The rooms were amazing. The pool although small was warm and clean. It was raining and our very large groups moved from outside by the pool to inside by the front counter and we had a lot of fun. The employees were fine with it.
