My son and I were in Los Angeles for a family memorial. Good location, felt safe and secure. Very comfortable bed, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while. RV was clean and cozy, good hot water and pressure in shower. Host Jim was friendly and responsive.

The area is well lit, with security cameras, double locks on door, air-conditioned, very clean, clean shower, comfortable bed, clean floors, blankets/towels provided, toothbrush/toothpaste/soap provided. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Guest parking pass is provided! Better than a hotel!!! I would rebook in the future!

Construction is going on right now so parking is a little tight. The only wall outlet I found was in the restroom.

I had an absolutely delightful stay in this charming mobile home! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any queries I had. The mobile home itself was a gem - compact yet impressively equipped with every amenity I could think of, including a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, salt, oil, and more, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Everything in the mobile home was in perfect working order, which really enhanced my experience. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has been put into ensuring guests have everything they need. The coziness and functionality of the space exceeded my expectations, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this place enough. Ring camera audio settings are excessive. Every time you walk outside the ring cameras constantly alert you and say, “you’re currently being recorded.” I understand it’s for security, but made me feel a little uncomfortable like you’re being watched every second you’re outside.

LOVE it, my FAVORITE place to stay while in LA area. Once I arrive, I never leave until check out! I just love to soak in all the RV life that I can. I had to sadly sell mine and this one makes my heart HAPPY! Bed sleeps like a dream and all the amenities that I need! A TEN!

It’s not something that I didn’t like, but just the little dog barking when we came, loved the little dog but I was concerned that because we arrived late we were waking up the owners or the neighbors, only for that reason, although I must say it was also comforting to have the doggie alert for anyone walking near the site, so good job doggie!

Easy access, everything we needed without the fuzz of the hotel process. Will definitely stay here again when needed.

The weather was very hot, and while the sun was directly heating the RV, the air condition was not strong enough to cool the RV even with its max setting. Only after sunset we were able to enjoy cool air inside the RV.

We had everything we needed inside the RV. It had a lot of equipment ready to be used, and it was fun to learn how to use them. Even opening a window was an interesting experience.
