United StatesLamps and lamp shades are in bad condition, also furniture looks old and needs to be updated badly, as well as the curtains. Needed to use the phone to call front desk and had to use my cell phone because there was NO "information" booklet or flyer to give extension numbers. Also we stayed Saturday and Sunday night, which the charge for the room is usually higher over the weekend, guess they decided to shampoo the carpets in the hall, as i walked sock footed to the ice machine and the carpet was wet (4th floor)
Housekeeping staff super nice and helpful, as were the front desk staff and pool staff. Love the lazy river and the DJ with music, would have been perfect if not for the rain/lightening!

United StatesMy rating is based on the fact that I woke up all night to the smell of cigarette smoke. I was in a king-size nonsmoking room. The people next door must have been smoking all night. I know that is not directly the hotel's fault but until they stop smoking in these facilities altogether it will continue to be an issue.
The bed was comfortable and the bedding didn't smell, which is a problem I usually find in hotels in general. The rooms were nicely sized and clean.

The location was beautiful! The food was great and there was a live band at the bar inside the casino! It was stormy weather and usually that spoils a trip but not this time. All of the fun we needed to make the trip a success was there at the hotel!

Room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. It was quiet in our room and we had a great view of the pool and lazy river. The buffet was excellent (as was our server) and Bogarts' food was very good. The resort did a wonderful job with complementary New Year's eve entertainment, hats, noisemakers, and a midnight champagne toast! They even had a free photo station taking New Year's Eve photos.
