Smoke near food. Having to walk near cigarette smell to see band and to eat

Front desk lady was rude at arrival and at checkout. Two electrical outlets did not work and toilet flusher was broken and barely attached to toilet. Room only had 3 bath towels.

Location was perfect for Cruisin the Coast.

The tv was terrible, the food was over priced for a casino I thought and there was not a beach anywhere online it said there was a beach.

The lady at the food place in there she was rude manager ,wish ,I knew her name bur. All employees were nice and pleasant . FURE HER SHIRT LADY A MANAGER JUST PLAN NASTY AND RUDE. ALMOST JUST LET HER MESS .Y TRIP UP ALWAYS GONNA BE ONE.

Everything was great, lazy River and buffet the bomb, loved the open bar by pool , love the big tires we coated in around the lazy River with music. Jacuzzi. YES LORD.

Lamps and lamp shades are in bad condition, also furniture looks old and needs to be updated badly, as well as the curtains. Needed to use the phone to call front desk and had to use my cell phone because there was NO "information" booklet or flyer to give extension numbers. Also we stayed Saturday and Sunday night, which the charge for the room is usually higher over the weekend, guess they decided to shampoo the carpets in the hall, as i walked sock footed to the ice machine and the carpet was wet (4th floor)

Housekeeping staff super nice and helpful, as were the front desk staff and pool staff. Love the lazy river and the DJ with music, would have been perfect if not for the rain/lightening!

My rating is based on the fact that I woke up all night to the smell of cigarette smoke. I was in a king-size nonsmoking room. The people next door must have been smoking all night. I know that is not directly the hotel's fault but until they stop smoking in these facilities altogether it will continue to be an issue.

The bed was comfortable and the bedding didn't smell, which is a problem I usually find in hotels in general. The rooms were nicely sized and clean.

The location was beautiful! The food was great and there was a live band at the bar inside the casino! It was stormy weather and usually that spoils a trip but not this time. All of the fun we needed to make the trip a success was there at the hotel!

Comfortable bed, friendly staff and had a good time. Buffet was fantastic and the Grill food was good. The band was fantastic, and casino was clean and as expected.

The television was in a fixed position on the wall of our room and did not swivel for better viewing.

Room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. It was quiet in our room and we had a great view of the pool and lazy river. The buffet was excellent (as was our server) and Bogarts' food was very good. The resort did a wonderful job with complementary New Year's eve entertainment, hats, noisemakers, and a midnight champagne toast! They even had a free photo station taking New Year's Eve photos.

Convenience, not to far from my original destination and had the flexibility to enjoy the ambience and atmosphere.

It was dirty, no room service, had to ask for the trash cans to be emptied, had to ask for new towels, and the ice maker did not work on our floor
