The apartment suited my needs as I have an emergency were I need to be out of my home for repairs. It was affordable, clean and enough room for me. If I am able to book again, I will utilize the kitchen a little bit more. I work two jobs so I did not us the kitchen much to cook and everything was such a rush.

The door code pad outside was not working great. I had to enter the number several times before it finally worked. When we got inside the AC was literally set at 50 DEGREES. It was sooo cold we had to open the sliding doors onto the balcony to let the cold air out. One of the pillows was terrible -- like it had been nearly ripped in half and was super lumpy. I was able to grab another pillow from the other room. That one pillow needs to be retired! We were a day late arriving because we got stranded in Pineville MO when the car broke down (blown engine) and had to be towed to two different dealerships. It was nice to have a kitchen and living room to unwind after a stressful trip before getting there.

Location was good. Price was decent. Nice and clean, bed was pretty comfy. It was decorated well.

No bath plug, even though bath tub is advertised. I actually chose this place so I could soak in the tub as I have a bad back and I had driven 10 hours, so that was very disappointing.

Our neighbors the last 2 nights were very noisy. They also were smoking pot on the deck and leaving trash all over the outside and inside hallway. I know this isn't the owners fault.

The shower was amazing! The pressure was awesome. The beds were also very comfortable.

Although we checked out late, cleaners were very rude and the toilet in the bathroom also makes a noise alllll night long, other than those two minor deets everything was great!

It was very clean and comfortable for the most part, host was very accommodating and communicative and my group loved the balcony!

Property is great. This is a 4plex and the other 3 units people live there. Some normal life noise but you can hear some of the commotion. No different than most motel/hotels

Great location to Plaza and neighborhood restaurants. Quaint neighborhood. Very comfortable apt. Loved the outside patio. Great/plenty coffee in the kitchen. Full size kitchen and refrigerator.

Washer was broke but they did let us know if we need any laundry done... their cleaners would gladly pick up our laundry and do it and return it that same day. Very kind of them.

They were really easy to work with and very accommodating...loved renting from them.l

Noisy. The walls are very thin. You can hear everyone throughout the building without trying to listen. The floors are uneven. You hear can the people upstairs walking. It sounds like they are stumping. The refrigerator does not make ice. The washing machine is not the greatest. The parking lot is not ideal for larger cars and suvs. The parking spaces and driveway is very narrow. Street parking was limited due to the street being resurfaced. New blinds or curtains are needed for the bedrooms. Car’s light comes through the bedroom windows. I dislike being charged a “cleaning fee” yet you are given checkout cleaning instructions before departing.

The sizing of the unit is decent. Host responded in a timely manner.

There was no coffee after a day or two.

Everything was very clean and manager was very nice and accommodating. Washer and dryer was my favorite part lol. I’ve stayed here before and had a great experience. Comfortable and easy check in and out.

I loved that all you had to do is bring your really! It was very cozy, it started to feel like home😅. I loved the assigned parking!

Host was rude when I contacted them on check-in day to gain some clarification on billing. AC couldn’t keep up with the outside temps (mid to upper 80’s) resulting in the unit constantly being 3°-5° hotter than I’d like (thermostat set at 72°, unit constantly stayed at or above 75°). AC stopped functioning on final day of stay.

I believe the living room tv battery is on low but we struggled a little bit to find the right angle to change the channels on the tv

DIRTY! Walls and doors with holes punched in them, patched, not repainted. Furniture & fixtures dirty and in disrepair. Stains on couch, lights and plug ins don’t work. Housekeeper was absolutely ridiculous upon checkout. Pushed in our apartment as we were loading out. We were in the process of doing the checklist you require and she insisted we get out. It was 10am on Sunday Morning, Christmas Eve and we had to be treated bad and pressured after paying over $700 to stay in a completely over rated and misrepresented property

The upstairs neighbors were so loud...I could hear them walking all hours of the day and night and could even hear the baby cry and say mama. It sounded like they were right in the room with us.
