Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The beach was beautiful. Walking approximately 2mi either direction from the hotel brought you to a pier with restaurants.

United StatesThe wall bed did not function correctly and you had to be very careful how you used the table. The rug needs cleaning. It has food spots all over it. The furniture needs an update. You should have someone check the fan in the bedroom.

United StatesThe condo wasn't the cleanest when I checked it. There was dirt on the stove and counters. I was expecting to be supplied with shampoo/conditioner, but wasn't. The front desk was in a totally different building which made it difficult if I needed anything.
The hotel was within walking distance to the beach. I liked that their was a full kitchen set up and a little living room area. I loved the ease of parking and it being in the same building as my condo.

United StatesThe balcony needs major floor repair and cleaning. The coating on the cement is coming off, the chairs and little tables needed cleaned before use and the sliding door was dirty and the slider was filthy. The cafe was super expensive.
Having the space to spread out, the view was beautiful, the water was hot, having a washer/dryer was convenient as well.
