We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast could’ve been better on top of workers watching you making things feel uncomfortable like you’re going to steal the all food. We ended up going to McDonald’s instead for my birthday breakfast cause I didn’t like that at all very uneasy and not welcoming spending money to stay there and not being able to really eat what’s provided as a free breakfast and mind you I didn’t get much I only weigh 104 lbs at 28 now I got a little bit of eggs as I don’t like eggs a little bit of sausage and I don’t like sausage either and some potatoes . Also the girl at the front desk seemed exhausted she was very nice and pleasant but you can tell she didn’t want to be there.
I liked how it looked clean and smelled amazing! The bed was comfy and overall it was a great experience.

United KingdomFriendly welcome by reception staff. Hotel has been recently taken over and has had some refurbishing so everything seemed clean and fresh. Lovely big king bed room with a sofa , fridge and microwave. Good location rather than staying closer to a town . We didn’t have breakfast included in room rate but the breakfast area looked clean and modern. Tourist office across the road where you can purchase tickets for the trolley bus and they arrange for a transfer into town to the first stop. Couple of local restaurants next to the hotel. Approximately 25 mins walk into the main town. There is a lot of history to St Augustine so I would recommend the hop on/hop off trolley tour as they have a commentary by the driver which is very interesting. St Augustine is a really lovely place to stay, wish we had stayed longer. Lovely restaurants and shops, quaint houses and buildings.

United StatesI got excited when I read how the beds are super comfortable and you can sink into them…. This was unfortunately not the case, the bed was very thin and hard as a rock. Fortunate for my husband but unfortunate for me 😅
The hotel is so beautiful and stylish inside. Love the floors and lay out. Loved that when we walked into our room it automatically smelt clean! Rooms are very spacious and love the showers.

Hotel is nice but the beds are the absolute worst beds I’ve ever slept on. My back is still recovering from that mattress. If they got better mattresses, I would definitely come back here. It really is a nice hotel other than the beds. The staff was very friendly.
