Room had a tobacco smell or carpet ,not sure which one

Was,told by front desk person, breakfast was not included.Was very disappointed. Had to drive elsewhere to get breakfast.

We paid for a room that slept 6. There were 5 in our party. The room only had 3 towels and no sheets for the fold out. We called down for towels which they sent someone with more. We didn’t call for sheets because we thought by the time we did, it was too late.

Great location. 20 minute walk to Universal. We arrived in the morning and it was raining. We planned to go to Universal but didn’t want to fight the rain. They allowed us to check in early. It was super helpful.

I had booked the hotel with breakfast....but, when i reached the hotel...i was told the room is without breakfast. Also, the coffee maker was not working and had to be replaced at least 3 times which was a little frustrating as i couldn't have morning coffee.

I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.

The breakfast is inside of FRIDAYS restaurant. The same hotel I stayed but in New Hampshire had a much better breakfast, and didn't charge me $25 per night for parking.

I just stayed two days, no service room but it was fine.

Walk-in shower turned the entire bathroom into a mini pool. Only one waste basket for an entire suite. No ming size bed available upon arrival, despite of reservation requesting one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

One of the main elevators didnt work. There was a spill on the 6th floor by the hotel room and a giant fan was in the hallway for several days. The showers and sinks did not drain quickly.

The room was big enough to accommodate 6 people despite the description of 10. If any more than 6 people I would not recommend. I did like the cleanliness of the facilities. The description of the suite was inaccurate online and said there was only 1 bathroom when there was in fact 2.

The only minor thing is there isnt much to do in walking distance, if you're not going to universal.

I liked that it was connected to tgi Fridays, that's a bonus if you don't wanna go far for food, or don't drive like myself. I never walked it but it is fairly close to universal, which has a dedicated pathway.

The breakfast buffet was $15 per person, which I felt was overpriced for someone who just wants a small bite. I only wanted some toast and eggs but was informed I had to pay the $15 if I got any food at the breakfast buffet. This was the only food option in the area unless I wanted to walk 17 minutes to the nearest McDonalds.

Our room was clean, pool was clean, beds comfortable, AC cold, and when we had an issue with our microwave the staff was quick to fix the issue.

Tv doesn’t work. someone came to fix it about six times. Never worked said they would give us a little refund and they did not do it. Parking was $25 per day per car. We were not told this we could have stayed in on property in Resort for what we finally paid.

The title is a bit misleading, it’s not actually across the road from universal studios and is about 30 minute walk. We booked it thinking we could easily walk it but ended up getting a ride to the park and back

close to universal. can walk easily to universal (takes15-20 minutes ignore anyone telling you otherwise). The restaurant FRIDAY is next door with an internal entrance from the motel and has a buffet(cost is sometimes included in the motel cost). we only used it once this time for breakfast as it wasn’t as good this time around however the dinner was a totally different. brilliant and the staff are great. A free shuttle is available to take you to universal at a few different times in the morning and then back again in the evening. tour and tickets and theme park shuttles can be arranged easily. rooms were clean, beds were well made. front reception staff were a little reserved however as we were there for a number of days i saw the long hours and totally get why you don’t always manage to have a smile on your face 24/7 when dealing with the public. I think you guys do a fantastic job. thanks.

No option for late check out..even though it was a Sunday. Also, we were charged for parking even though we booked two nights. We were told it's because of people going to Universal Studios would park there without staying at the hotel..... okay, so just give us the mirror tag to show we belong there and tow the ones who don't have the parking tag... the hotel stay should include parking for guests of the hotel.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel and rooms were clean and it wasn't too far from Universal Studios
