Property lost power from a storm & the hotel does not have a generator. 5-6 hours without electricity was pretty inconvenient (needed to charge devices before wedding activities, almost A/C).

Absolutely great time just wish we were able to stay longer.

The facility was absolutely amazing and very kid friendly. The facility included indoor and outdoor pool, a sauna, a outdoor jacuzzi, small children pool a basketball court, people size chess board, firepits for smores, kid playroom, several mini golf courses and much more. The location was very convenient one block from the arcade and the trolie ride was just outside the door. The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. The rooms were clean and the staff were very kind and helpful we asked them for several recommendations and directions and they were very helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything from the lobby, to the pool, to the grounds was neat and clean. Rooms are not super fancy, but comfy and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Free coffee in the morning, and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Fire tables, beautiful fire pit. Plenty of space for kids to play and parents to relax and sit and watch them. 5-15 min walk to restaurants, downtown, convince stores, etc.

No elevator at the property. Going up two flights of stairs carrying luggage not appealing.

Wonderful property - loved indoor pool and mini golf course. Would like to have pool and ping pong tables available. On-site breakfast would also be great. Perhaps adding some grills and fire pits would be great as well. Staff is great especially front desk.

Breakfast is not included in the plan. Hotel is over priced and do not offer free breakfast. Where as a lot of other places they offer breakfast in the price of stay. There should be a 24/7 fresh coffee/ tea area too.

Courtney was very sweet and made our stay better than I planned for my husbands birthday! The view from our balcony was beautiful!! He was very happy! We were able to sing happy birthday in the restaurant thanks to the kind and helpful morning staff. I recommend this resort!

The large upgrade cost for a room facing the outdoor pool when most of the rooms were empty anyways. I feel like they should charge for a room with a view when its busy season but not when the hotel is not busy at all. It was sad for my kids.

This is our favorite winter destination. Aside from being clean, the property is in a central location. It was within walking distance to an event we had tickets for. Rooms were clean & spacious. Property offered many amenities. From an amazing breakfast buffet to dinner & late night snacks-Holiday Inn is a one stop destination.

Everything! It’s super cozy, and it has all the amenities needed to keep the kid entertained (pool, kids play room, amazing lobby). Location is great, close to the lake, restaurants, ski area. Breakfast was really good as well (no gluten free substitutes though), and restaurant crew was so hospitable.
