We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThe elevators where not the best but it may be understandable as there was a lot of reconstruction going on when I stayed there. The location of this hotel is not the best for communication other than related to the airport and the neighbourhood didn't seem to be the best one around. What bothered me the most was the lack of window blinds causing the room to be very bright very early in the morning.
I really liked the staff. Everyone was eager to help and make my stay comfortable and easy. I didn't test the breakfast but the little corner shop in the lobby was great and the airport shuttle was very good.

The hotel is close to the airport with free shuttle service. It has spacious rooms and a good hotel attention.

LatviaWe had breakfast and shuttle option in booking, but on arrival we got know that shuttle to port is not provided anymore and breakfast place is on renovation. So we cant have breakfast. After talking that we booked WITH breakfast, they started to do something. Staff was really helpful, they offered us breakfast from cafeteria, but cafe was not "under" hotel so they made some deal - but that doesnt make sense - we got pastries and coffee for free, on hotels charge, thats it. And no shuttle to port. So if i would know this in booking, i wouldnt choose this hotel. Also, shuttle from airport wasnt under "Holiday Inn", so we missed one shuttle, second time when we saw that "Crowne Plaza" shuttle bus we went asking to driver if he can drive us to hotel (Crowne plaza is kind near to Holiday Inn). So very very bad experience, i wouldnt recommend this to you.
We liked hotel staff and room. That was only thing that was great. and Hotel is new, fresh and good-looking. Thats it.

MonacoWe did not like the loud noise from the air conditioner which made it difficult to sleep. The bath was shabby and unpleasant. There was noise and loud conversations in the morning from the corridor. The hotel does not accept meal and accommodation vouchers that airlines UNITED gives as compensation for flight delays. The check-in process is long and especially exhausting when tired air passengers arrive at the front desk. They search for a booking in their computer for an unusually long time, then they print out and give to sign some papers. The lamps above the beds produce a blindingly bright light. The handle needed to open the retractible window was broken or simply missing. This led to the lack of fresh air, while we did not find forced ventilation.
I like a shuttle bus service and drivers kindness. We liked the attentive attitude and service in the lobby restaurant.

New ZealandMy client has reported that your Hotel shuttle was not at the Airport to meet her even after I had emailed you to inform you of her very early morning arrival time. This after in excess of 20 hours travelling time to Newark from Auckland New Zealand. When my client rang you to find out where this shuttle was a member of your staff hung up on her. This may be acceptable to you and hopefully not a reflection of how you treat your guests. As a travel agent of over 50 years experience I chose your property because the Holiday Inn brand I have used all over the world, stayed in a number of your Hotels myself and considered such experience to be a good yardstick. Sadly I have been badly let down. The last thing I wanted was a young lady handing around an Airport totally unfamiliar to her at a very early hour of the morning. This was purely a safety issue from my perspective. I would therefore appreciate your response and explanation for this quite unacceptable action on behalf of your Hotel with an apology that I can pass on to my client. United States of Americai personally don’t think they’re ready for guests bc there is a lot of work still being done. our first room wasn’t completed so we were moved. The rugs are so new that carpet tacks are still in them (be careful - no barefoot or socks) and the phone isn’t working yet so you have to use ur cell or go to the front desk. The restaurant was also not completed yet.
The renovations are really coming along. Everything is looking so updated and new.
