Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).

United StatesWhen our shower had no hot water, we tried calling the front office to realize the phone in the room did not work. The maintenance man came to fix the hot water. After he left then the toilet wouldn’t flush. so he had to come back a second time.

United StatesI reserved 5 rooms. I called 3 times to verify 5 rooms because I did change the date. Rooms were prepaid. Upon arrival they told me I had 3 rooms reserved from 2 different bookings. And they had no other rooms available. When just 4 days prior when I called I had 2 booking 5 rooms total. They said I needed to call Booking.com take it up with them. So I did, Booking said I should in fact have two bookings 5 rooms total. Booking called Holiday Inn to work it out and turns out Holiday Inn payed for us to get two rooms at a different hotel. Our group was split up. Since Holiday Inn was so willing to pay for the other hotel I believe Holliday Inn over booked and gave our rooms away. If I prepay and confirm my rooms multiple times. don’t give my room away! I won’t rebook at this Holiday Inn. Yes they made It right but never took responsibility for what they did.

United StatesThere are 2 elevators and no stairs you can access from the ground floor. Everyone left the arena after the event and we're just stuck in the lobby with no way to rooms other than those 2 elevators. The stairs go to the outside and the doors are locked.
