We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI wish housekeeping would have come to the room and tidy up the room a little more and to make sure we had towels. We would put dirty towels outside the door which means we didn't have any. So we had to keep going to the front desk to get towels. Also the pool never had towels when I took my kids to the pool. That was a little more frustrating. I would already have been in the pool had to get out and be cold walking carefully to the front desk to get towels.
The staff is always extremely friendly. Some of the staff were there last year and recognized us. We have been using this location for four years and it's been amazing each time

My stay at Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington - Porters Neck was fantastic! The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the chocolate chip pancakes served at breakfast - they were simply divine! The fluffy pancakes combined with the rich chocolate chips made for a delightful morning treat. It was definitely my favorite part of the breakfast spread. Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington - Porters Neck exceeded my expectations. From the outstanding breakfast to the exceptional service provided by the staff, I left feeling satisfied and refreshed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

It was in a nice location near a few places to eat and across the street from a Harris Teeter. HI was clean, the room was super large and the staff was friendly. The breakfast is a huge hot space of variety itmes with to go bags and trays available. Breakfast area was clean and different coffees, milks and juices were offered. The pool was clean and so was the gym. Will stay here again.
