The tub in room 203 was very slippery and my son hurt his hip when he stepped in the tub and slipped. The tub needs better grip. There weren't any tissues.

Breakfast had a lot of different things to eat and drink. Staff was attentive and helpful and it was very clean. My room was clean. I loved the fridge, Keurig and microwave? ,

It seems because it is one of the newest and nicest places in town the rate was very high for the value. That was disappointing.

The breakfast was good and the area was clean and well-maintained by Tommie the housekeeper. She was pleasant and helpful. The room was good size and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and clean.

NO, Zilch, AMENITIES!!! If you wanted a snack or soda forget it, nothing! We were told the owner too everything out during Covid and won’t put the amenities back in the Hotel Lobby. How cheap and lame is that? Really hospitable 🙁

When we first checked and went to the room there were two double beds. One looked fresh and smoothed out, the other looked like the last guest had tidied it up themselves, kind of rumpled. The front desk employee assured me that it had just been cleaned and inspected, but quickly switched us to another room. One table lamp needed a new bulb. I found a staff member that night to get a replacement. Hair dryer was missing. The bathroom vanity lighting was weird. Two lights on either side, but they were about 6 feet up, so pretty useless. The breakfast area area was spacious but really pretty drab. The floor and all the furnishings were shades of brown.

Very complete breakfast with five prepared hot choices and all of the other usual options. Helpful staff who quickly resolved two problems with the room. Good lighting in room and comfortable bed. Big armchair with big footrest.

The fact that some guests go outside & smoke their drugs in the parking lot, dogs barking. I notice ppl are staying to live at the Holiday Inn!! Strangers tell you about their life, the reason why they live there. I noticed cops are constantly in the park lot. I stay at the Holiday Inn in Globe, Arizona, every time we visit my in-laws. We go down, I wanna say 3 times a year.

The room we were in was good, we were right across from the guest laundry. I requested for 111, I got 111. We're always on the 1st floor, which I like cause I'm afraid of heights. 111 is the handicap room. I have arthritis so it's convenient for me.

Bed was hard. Noticed drawers in room were not cleaned. Previous patron had their private info in the drawers. Cafe attendant was rude n unfriendly.

Swimming pool was unheated and too cold to use, hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was disappointing.

A good choice to explore Globe City and Miami from, large rooms and bathrooms make it convenient for both business visitors and those enjoying hikes in the hills and canyons surrounding Globe City. Excellent wifi connection.

No hot water!!!! Washer kept taking my money & didn't work Breakfast was poorly to together, eggs were burnt, but still put out 🤢 🤮. We stayed 4 nights. I hope they refund me for the 2 days without hot water!!!!!

They overcharge me for pillows we didn't steal. There were only 4 pillows in the room and they said there's suppose to be 6 pillows. I tried talking to the manager, she listened to me and than put me on hold forever. I tried calling back but nobody would answer the phone. Bad manager for such good place. She should at least resolved the situation She should be fired. I wouldn't stay there again.

The cleaning person was nice. Let me into my room as apparently I had to renew my room card each day that I had already paid for in advance. Made no sense to me and was puzzling.

Location was good for the location of the events I attended. Breakfast was disappointing. No pancake mix, ran out of scrambled eggs, no coffee in coffee pot, etc.
