We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

And then on the new room there were not towels, I called the front desk but the the room phone wasn’t working( they couldn’t hear me) so…. I have to go down again for towels.

Still charged me for the suite price and refused to give me a refund on the difference in price which was a lot. Rude, unprofessional, and absolutely will never stay with them again.

United Statesi had booked a king suite which had a sort of seperate seating area and a couch, when i arrived i was told that the particular room wasn't available. after asking what the issue was, he said that the suite was no longer offered so i would be staying in a regular king room. he stated that the difference was the couch and the regular king didn't have one. after asking if the website had been notified, he said that he didn't know and that sort of information would only come from management. i asked for a manager, they said that he was busy and wasn't available at the moment. i asked what time he got back, he then stated that there wasn't a manager at all because of management change. the hotel itself was nice and comfortable, but i was honestly very annoyed once i knew i was being lied to.
the location was good, very close to where i needed to be.

United StatesSpare decor is ok, but the room here seemed almost primitive. There was some confusion about providing a receipt. The desk cleark said booking.com would provide one, and booking.com said contact the hotel, which I did. They then emailed a receipt. The location required a car to go anywhere.
Breakfast was ok, standard included hotel breakfast food. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean.

United StatesThe receptionist on both shifts we’re not willing to help in the most insignificant and small things. Like giving us a courtesy call when the room was available, his words were “I don’t think I can’t do that right now.” when he was clearly not doing anything. The next morning we requested towels and toothbrush and we checked out and still have not received either of the items. And as we were checking out, he was on a personal call and had us waiting a bit while he joked around on the phone.

United StatesNot all of the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a day that I and asked for towels around 3:00 in the afternoon I didn't get my towels till 10:30 that night and that because I kept going to the front desk to ask for them. We couldn't enjoy the use of the of the pool because there different families just coming in and going to the pool we didn't think they were staying at the hotel because they would come in and use the pool they would leave the door open so that they could come back in. They would leave late and straight to their cars and leave the building and this we know because we spent a day in the lobby so we were able to see this. That day who ever was working was hardly at the front desk so we could see what was going on we pay to stay at the hotel and we can't enjoy the pool.
I liked the location it is close to were my family lives and close to a lot of stores
