The room was dusty and dirty. I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that unclean. The smell of Marijuana in the elevator was overwhelming!!

Bath moldy, shower head broken, coffee pot broken, AC knob broken, walls thin with noisy neighbors, marijuana smell throughout our floor, denied our request to bring a rollaway cot. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I didn't get to stay due to me calling in advance to make sure one was available. After finding out booing a reservation and paying for it, making it there and saying he couldn't find it, showing him my confirmation and welcoming email for that hotel. He stated you need to call whoever you made your reservation through, but you can pay for a room with him because we do have some rooms available . Wow

We had to kill a roach crawling up the wall. The room smelled strongly of Skunk weed, and a dirty wash cloth was next to the TV. The ice maker by our room was out of order. The tv reception was not doing too well as it would go in and out on us. Never had that issue before.

A fair selection of items. Cereal with milk would have been a great option if it were offered. Room was actually ready on time this visit. The staff is very friendly. I come here anytime I have appointments at the hospital for my transplant. Was happy to get a room on the bottom floor.

I only met one member of the staff and she was OK. They didn’t offer any water or anything like I am used too for a choice hotels. So many times I am given a bag with two waters and a little snack in it just as a thank you. If you wanted water here, you needed to buy it. That wasn’t my main problem though. The main problem was all of the mold in the bathroom. There was mold in the bathtub and shower and around it. It is something bleach and water can get rid of, and there was no reason for it. It was disgusting. You might see something like that at a sleazy motel but not at a choice hotel where are you pay 120 or $130 a night. It was uncalled for.

To start with we arrived well over the check in time and when we got to the room, it was not even ready. The pillows were all over the place, room was not cleaned yet and beds not made. We were told they would be right up and we waited in the hall and waited, and waited and finally my daughter went back down stairs herself and got a new room so we could get off our feet and get settled in. The lamp in our room was torn which I took photos of and the tub was dirty with a spider in it. Was just not happy at all. Considering it cost us over $100 with taxes it just did not seem worth it at all.

The location was the main reason we used this motel. We have used this location in the past but it used to be a better place. The people were friendlier. The service was better and the rooms were cleaner before the new owners took over and the name changed.

The property was dirty, had holes in the walls, the beds were uncomfortable. The toilet was making loud noises in the middle of the night like water was constantly running. If it wasn’t a non refundable stay we would have left.

The check-in process took longer than it probably should have. The room key didn’t work consistently.

The location was very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful when I left an item at the hotel and needed it sent back to me.

Front desk attendant charged me for my room again, after I already paid through booking.com so she could add a $2 fee that booking didn't charge. After a few phone calls I was able to get a refund but this additional stress was unnecessary. Some staff needs additional training.

it wasn’t clean, it wasn’t clear you have to request housekeeping, the bathroom didn’t look clean, no security, and customer service was horrible. For the amount they charged, it wasn’t worth half of the price.

Got the room with a whirlpool , in the room 5 minutes and turned on the heater. next thing my wife and I know the room is on fire. No alarms from smoke detectors and no sprinklers. Glad I was in the room to fight the fire. Comped the room but nothing what we ordered, no one ever checked on us. went home early due to smoke and fire extinguisher inhalation.
