We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom could have been cleaner. Under the toilet seat was still dirty. Beds weren't very comfortable. They were ok but definitely needed to invest in some more softer mattresses. The sofa bed was horrible, they need to replace those old wire mattresses with some nice memory foam ones.
The place was nice, great location. Pool was nice. Jacuzzi was very relaxing. The room was clean for the most part.

I may have to consider booking through IHG next time. The hotel staff found a 2 queen bed room for me the second night.

I like the location because is close to shopping and eating places. Also easy to get to and easy to move around. Breakfast is good.

United States of AmericaThe only disappointment was my TV. The first night it didn't work at all.. The woman at the front desk came and got it to work on the Vizio network. I discovered after that - Netflix and the premium channels didn't work. I asked for help but it was at night and the person wasn't on duty that needed to help with my TV issue. I could have asked for help during the day but left each morning to spend the days with my family.
First and foremost, the staff were amazing and treated me so kindly. I felt like family when I arrived and left. Flo was so helpful and caring and Brannon was especially helpful kind. The breakfast was always hot and well prepared (didn't taste like frozen). I liked that the coffee pots were available 24/7.

United States of AmericaThe only thing that was a little bothersome was the key cards that we had to use to enter the room. The cards stopped working after some time. We shared this with the front desk and they said are already working on improving the whole key card system.
Loved the rooms and the staff was friendly. We went there during new year's so they gave us a list of different places we could watch the fireworks from. The place is close to many good restaurants and stores as well. Overall, loved it ! If we come to Austin again, we will surely like to stay here.

United States of AmericaYou need someone running the breakfast who can keep up with the rush. It needs to be pre-emptively stocked, not as a reaction to running out of something. Also, the "store" in the lobby was HIGHLY over priced. $2 for a little microwavable bowl of mac n cheese (which costs $0.60) or for a cup o' noodles (which costs $0.37).
The breakfast on the first day was fantastic! There was a wide selection of everything. However, the woman who was working the first day didn't work the rest of our stay. And the guy that was running it couldn't keep up with the demand. There was always something that was out; juice, pastries, yogurt, milk, you name it.

The breakfast was the worst Holiday Inn Express I've ever had!! They had known on Tuesday when they ordered for the week that there was a sell out at the hotel. They did not order enough Cinnamon Buns to cover the weekend!! Shame on them!! That is the whole reason I choose Holiday Inn Express! The Bagels were chewy, the eggs overcooked, and the pancakes were rubbery. It was just awful!!

United States of AmericaThe serving area for breakfast was exceedingly warm/hot (maybe the a/c was out at that time). But this was a minor inconvenience. The tub area in our room was pretty "worn" with corroded metal and peeling areas, but also... I can tell it was being attended to as best as possible without the expense of a total replacement. It was clean! :o)
Friendly staff. Nicely appointed rooms and linens/pillows. A/C worked well. Good options for a quick, hot breakfast. Room and common areas were nicely kept up/clean.

Location was perfect!! We frequent our stay here when in Austin because of the location. Staff are helpful and friendly. Facilities are always clean and because we stay numerous days, they put us out of the way of high traffic hallways and away from elevator.
