It is an older hotel so could use some updating and it was hard to find restaurants nearby that weren't in a rough part of town.

Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, farely quiet considering it was close to the Interstate, and staff was friendly.

When I got to my ground level room, the window was open and the latch didn'twork. Didn't feel too great knowing someone could just help themselves to my hotel room. Other than that, I had a pretty good stay.

Not much of a view as room was facing the freeway and was on the ground floor. Check in staff wasn’t very friendly… wouldn’t hurt to smile to make customers feel welcomed 😊 Breakfast was good although limited choice unlike other Holiday Inn hotels I’ve stayed at in other countries.

Clean and comfortable. Room was soundproof so didn’t hear traffic as was close to the freeway. Ample free parking.

Our room could have used some updating. The curtains looked like they might be original to the hotel. The tile in our bathroom floor was missing some grout and the shower head was way too low. Being located next to a highway does mean it's a little noisy. I prefer to run the fan constantly on the HVAC unit in these cases, but that was not an option in this room.

While this hotel could use some updating, it still exceeded my expectations. The staff and breakfast made up for everything else. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have had at a hotel recently. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels every day. I haven't seen that for quite a while. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place to stay with a good breakfast.

All was very good. Would have loved to have USB ports in the room.

The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and greeted my dog warmy, which I appreciated. They only charge $20 for a pet fee which is really nice. I appreciated the breakfast being ready earlier than 7am even though it was a weekend. Super nice. Very close to airport so I also really appreciated that. Room was nice and clean.

super easy with our dog….there is a door off to the side that is accessed from the first floor rooms where dogs can go to the bathroom. Very well lit at night for taking my puppy out!

The breakfast was missing an item we usual see at other HIE properties (hard cooked eggs) and there wasn’t enough seating for all the people trying to eat breakfast (we sat in the lobby to eat). I had an allergy attack from something in the room. We’ve stayed at this property before, so I wonder if there have been changes to the cleaning products used.

We usually stay at this brand, and this property was closed sistema with the quality we expect.
