Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe breakfast was lacking. There were flies in our room. There were dirty used tissues in our ice bucket in our room. One of the shelves in the room was loose and almost fell on our 2 year old.
It looked like the room had recently been remodeled.

United StatesThe name is now Comfort Inn which was confusing at first with Google maps. The lobby hadn't been renovated yet and it's extremely worn we were afraid the rooms were similar and honestly we wanted to leave because of that but they weren't like that at all the rooms were so fresh and new very nice! I think this will be a very nice place to stay once they complete renovations we were pleased with staff and our room just off put by lobby. If we came through I'd stay again.
The staff were nice and the room was very nice and newly remodeled. Very close to everything and reasonably priced.

United StatesBreakfast was good but it was the same all 4 days with no variety. We had to go out by 3rd day. Also room keys had to be reset every day. That was annoying. We were closer to back door but every afternoon we couldn’t get in so we had to get back in car and drive around to front and park so we could get our keys redone then walk the long way to the room. Also no coffee available after breakfast room closed at 9:30 or 10.

We did not. Either the room is ready or not, and we should not pay an additional fee. After that experience, I doubt if we would stay here in the future.

The breakfast was boring and they always had a waffle iron broken and offerings would frequently run out before everyone had a chance to eat.

United StatesThe burnt biscuits at breakfast, at least there were eggs and sausage. Didn't have any cream cheese for bagels. Orange juice was watered down. No hot water in the lobby for the tea. There was no shampoo or body wash in the bottles attached to the wall in the shower, only conditioner.

United StatesThe only thing I disliked is I called the property the day before I came to reserve a room and the person who answered the phone told me I couldn't reserve a room because the prices changes each day. Well reserved online. Well, I knew I was afraid to reserve a room but I knew I was going with my husband and I wasn't alone. However when I got there everything was somewhat smooth. When I checked in he didn't give me a choice to pay with a different card or the card on file. I'm use to being asked.
The space in the room was wonderful. The water pressure in the shower was weak then a minute later it was wonderful. The food was magnificent. The pool looked wonderful but I didn't have the time to get in .I will have this hotel as my to go to when I'm in this area. The price was wonderful especially for a weekend stay.
