We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaOr room was located on 1st floor near the main hall and doors have huge till the floor - we can hear all sounds from the hall :( Furniture looks old, but good.
Hotel located near highway in quiet area, a lot of free parking spaces. Not crowded hall during the breakfast - there were free tables available. Hotel has pool (small).

Australiafirst of all we booked a Room with pool view just to get there and upon check-in the not very welcoming receptionist to inform us that the pool it's an indoor one and they have no such thing as a pool with a view They advised us to contact booking. com and complain there and in my opion is false advertisement. What I really didn't like is the unprofessional attitude of the staff at the reception sitting on a chair on his phone , not even acknowledging us when arriving.

United StatesThe shower was difficult to operate, and the water pressure was not good. All the soap had a fragrance, and I have fragrance allergies. I am used to this for hair care products and bring my own, but usually hotels have fragrance free soap.
The room was attractive and comfortable. The hotel was clean, and there was housekeeping every day. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of choices. Hot coffee and tea was available in the lobby all the time.

United StatesThe night desk man was not as pleasant. Parking was tight, needs more parking spaces. The dining space in the mornings were always packed, but at least they opened up the conference room one time to accommodate the many guests.
Room was a nice size for two queens. The lobby and hallways smelled nice and fresh. Breakfast was very good. The one we stayed at was in a very nice area, a lot of green space. The balcony Grill Cafe was nice. The dining staff worked very hard to keep up with the exuberant amount of guests that showed up at the same time for breakfast. They were very pleasant. The housekeeping staff were also very pleasant and accommodating.
