Our only concern: it would have been great to have light in the couch/sitting area. It was dark and we need more light as we age.

We really enjoyed staying here and will return when visiting family in the area. The pool was great. The exercise room was well equipped and easy to access. Our room was so large and comfortable. The beds were great. It was very quiet for sleeping. The shower and amenities were excellent. The entire place was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The coffee was good.

When I booked the hotel I requested a king size bed . At the time of checking they gave me two full size beds when it’s just me and my wife. The receptionist at the hotel made no efforts to give a king bed when the majority of people staying at the hotel had kids whom most likely would need double beds. That’s management 101.

The man that checked us in was so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable, like we were a guest at someone's home, not a hotel. I wish I'd gotten his name because you guys did a good job when you hired him! Our room was very clean and comfortable. When we checked out the woman at the front desk was very nice, also. From check-in to check-out it was a wonderful stay, thank you so much.

My rooms were not close together. They didn't have two rooms even booked for us. Booking only reserved 1 room so I had to pay more for my other room. There were no towels in pool area.

The breakfast was great! The rooms were spacious and cozy. The beds were comfy and the curtains help make it dark. The bathroom was huge and clean.

There were a few people wandering around the hotel lobby/canteen area who were obviously permanent residents as either a housing scheme or half way house. Was not the best welcome to see someone sitting in reception on the work station area in slippers, pajama bottoms and trolley I am afraid. I know people have to live but paying guests should not have to witness this, when you are trying to have a conversation in the lobby with a colleague.

Everything was fabulous larger rooms ..pool was definitely cold though the kids didn’t mind and I was able to dip in hot tub! The facilities were clean and smelled of just freshly clean through out the day ..great breakfast included! Definitely would stay again

It was a little further from my destination and pricier than my usual hotel in the area. That being said I would still consider staying there in the future.

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable with plenty of towels, pillows, and toiletries.

Our room had a sofa and coffee table in addition to the 2 queen beds but there was no lighting in the sofa area so you couldn’t sit there and read.

The indoor pool was not heated and was VERY COLD! It would have made it a bit better if the hot tub was working, but it was roped off and we couldn’t use it.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out. Their breakfast was good and they had a lot of different options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!
