We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI Damaged my phone prior to checkin and the hotel insisted I couldn't use their phones in the rooms to make calls outgoing or incoming. TV was old no internet. No Netflix or any TV app. Also Couldn't use our own firestick.

United KingdomMy room wasn’t great, there was an office chair with white stains on it, next to the air conditioning switch on the wall there was a big patch of dried bogey that someone had stuck to the wall. The shower was okay however the bathroom showed signs of aging and the main bedroom needed a lot of updating. It looked like a weird mix of 1960’s and 1970’s decor.
It was within an hours bus journey to Manhattan and had restaurants nearby to get food and Woodbridge if you felt like doing shopping.

United States of AmericaThe property was pretty dirty overall (every grass/landscaped area had an abundance of old dried pet feces), The fridge in the room was "broken" (inside shelves) and was inconsistent with temperature. The shower had good pressure but leaked all over the floor every time it was turned on. The AC/Heating in the room never stayed at the temperature -- too hot in the am/ freezing at night. The restaurant inside the property was rather expensive and the food ordered was lack luster (taco truck fries).
The bed was comfortable, the rooms were a very good size, the staff was friendly.
