I made a deposit of $50 on my arrival night and after 5days I am yet to get the refund to my account

They dont have an elevator, just stairs. The location is pretty far of everyrhing. No places to eat around and the beds are really SMALL

I stayed here twice during my traveling to New York. The first time I stayed was ok. It took them 30 minutes just to check me in and I was the only one there waiting to be checked in. They said there system crashed and they didn’t know how to fix it which is why I was waiting so long and I was crunched on time. The second time I stayed, I had two rooms under my name. Same thing happened during checked in a whole month later. As they were charging me my deposit fees their system “crashed”. They charged me 2 50$ deposits for the two rooms. 5 days later after my stay I was finally refunded only ONE of the 50$ deposits. So I called and they told me they did release the money it was now a dispute with my financial bank. So I called my bank and they investigated and said it shows them releasing one 50$ deposit and not the other. So I called them back again and a different person was one the phone this time and told me that I was never charged two 50$ deposits only one so that’s why I wasn’t refunded. But my bank statements clearly show they took 50$ out twice, and only refunded me 1 of the 50$ deposits. They said they’d look into and and get ahold of me. Nobody has gotten ahold of me. Don’t stay here unless you want scammed out of your money. There’s plenty of other hotels in Jersey!!

This was a hellish experience. If you continue walking further than the lobby, everything is at your own risk. I would like to think that only we got the dirtiest room on earth, but that would be delusional. Our bathroom was disgusting; after using it, I felt dirtier than before. I would advise you not to even touch the microwave; it is a health risk. The worker at the reception was okay. In conclusion, I would never ever stay in that hotel again, not even for a million dollars.

The room smelled bad. The sofa bed was not good. $3 for a water bottle or water from the bathroom. The machine would accept only a $1 bill and the front desk did not have changes to help.

Room smelled like weed/smoke even though it was "smoke-free". House cleaning was terrible, they never cleaned my room even though I stayed for more than one night. When I asked for towel and housecleaning supplies, they tell me to go to the front desk for my needs. Room condition was definitely the definition of "you get what you paid for", though a tad bit expensive for this type of hotel.

Immediately off the toll road exit. 10 mins or less from Newark International Airport. Area was quiet. An okay place to sleep

Rooms had roaches, dirty towels, dirty bedding. I can go on and on. Hall ways rug was filled with dog poop. I was so uncomfortable. If it wasn’t so late in the evening I would stayed somewhere else.

The room was very dirty, lots of hair in the bathtub, the bathtub faucet was broken, the shower didn't work well, we spent the entire night with a lot of noise from the very old refrigerator. The hotel has very poor service, and the cleanliness is terrible.

I The only problem was, 2 pieces of soap , 1 shampoo. 2 sets of towels ,1 coffee , was provided for 3 people.

TVs in the room don’t work. There was also no one at the front desk and you had to wait a long time just to get help at the front desk .  The gym is not even open. They put a hold on your account and they take forever to refund your money and you have to call them just to get your money back.
