You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesMy first inconvenience when I arrived at the room had a bad smell, but they changed my room! Then I rented the hotel to take a day off and unfortunately the room that was next to me . People screamed all the time and the son cried all night and hit the wall, I had to leave the hotel early because I had a bad night, I really couldn’t rest. The only good thing was that I was able to use the pool to relax a little. The service seemed very good to me but the inconveniences I think they should set rules for visitors because one rents a place to rest and get out of the routine. I think they should put an area only for parents with children.
Everything was perfect but I had a problem, but they solved it !!

United StatesIt was horrible visit! Fire alarms went off , someone left a bag used to catch fish in the hall way . They were moving equipment and furniture from lower level banging and bumping all weekend. We should have stayed home. Was not the relaxing time we hoped for

CanadaBooking.com says the breakfast was 15.95$/adult but at the hotel there is no breakfast option, it’s a regular restaurant and the lowest cost meal is 12.95$ coffee not include and kids must pay. I try to ad this option to my reservation and the hotel isn’t collaborate. They sais "you made the reservation with booking.com you just have to call them". I call booking.com but after 1hour30 waiting on the phone I give up. And we take our breakfast in an OTHER restaurant in town…

United StatesI didn’t like entrance number four at the back. It’s a very awkward, unappealing way to come into the hotel, and that is where we were sent to enter our room. It would’ve been better for them to have had us go in entrance number three.
