The people next door kept us awake all night - not that they had a party but due to poor sound insulations between rooms we could hear pretty much all of their conversation. On top of it, the drain in the sink kept making glugging noises during the night, so we did not get a good night's sleep. Our booking said breakfast was included but the staff failed to tell us how it worked. The waiter at breakfast didn't know how it worked either and somehow we ended up paying for some of the breakfast we had. Please enquire first!

A big lovely room with a massive bed and a wonderful view of the lake. We arrived just for sunset and enjoyed the view. Everything was clean, and our bed was very comfortable.

When I arrived, it appeared the maids left used towels on the floor and did not replace them with fresh towels. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away though. The a/c did not work very well and it was a hot weekend. I had to leave it set at 50 degrees the entire time I was there to keep the room cool enough which was probably closer to 75 degrees after being on for 2 days. Both ice machines on my floor (7th floor) did not work or were out of ice. I liked having valet availability however valet parked the cars in the sun and like I said it was a very hot weekend so when I got my car to go out, it was blazing hot. They should park the valet cars in the shaded parking structure or put up shade cloth where they park the cars outside. There are signs in the hotel hallways that say there is a casino but there is no casino at this hotel, they should remove those signs.

Room was comfortable, bathroom was very large with a bathtub and a separate shower. There was a mini-fridge which was handy. Valet parking was handy at $10 a day. It was a little confusing finding which elevators to take to my room but once I did it a couple times, I had no problems. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the hotel, lots of choices and tasty food. The hotel is super close, in less than 5 minutes, you can walk to the village where you can eat, do some shopping or enjoy the lake with music on the weekend nights. I was there for a birthday party that was held at a site in the village so it was very nice to just walk to the party. There are stores, restaurants and casinos just a few miles away.

Parking is too far away from the rooms; The pool hours - opens too late and closes too early; The outdoor eating area at the Restaurant and also my Balcony were dirty, bird poop and the lack of cleaning, we could not use either; The Room furniture needs to be reupholstered or replaced … for the money you’re charging for these rooms, they should be immaculate top to bottom ….

Unfortunately, days 5,6,7 of our 8 day stay, the facility experienced the failure of the air conditioning system. Vegas temp 110. Not a good thing to lose AC!

The rooms are dated, and I feel like bc of that, they are over priced. I would visit more often if I could afford to do so!

no wifi available during in hotel room during our stay swimming pool closed due to end of season (no notification on booking com) - nevertheless hotel staff tried to find solution garden paths were cleaned by two leaf vauum devices from 8 am on which was very noisy and is environmentally unfriendly.

There were a couple of hairs in the bathroom.

Nice place not far from Vegas with Eropean vibe. We had an early check-in at no additional cost. Personnel was friendly and room quite good. Free parking made our stay even better.
