Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe TVs in the room were not smart, so streaming using apps like Netflix or Prime were not available. Updating the TVs might be a good idea. Otherwise, the suite was very comfortable.
Room was very clean and all staff were helpful and friendly. The view of the ocean every morning was beautiful and the suite was very comfortable.

United StatesOur pull out bed on couch had black mold underneath the mattress, as well as other weird Stains all over it. The front desk had someone come switch it and then gave us 50$ food credit. They also charge 50$ to check in early. However, it seemed as if my room hadn’t really been used in a while. There was a layer of dust on the bathroom counter.
Location and facilities are amazing, as well as the staff.

United StatesNot a total disappointment but I wish the pools and pool areas were more updated.
The hotel itself was located nicely around good restaurants and close by jolly rogers which was good for my kids. Its also nice that they have 3 pools total. 2 outdoor ones and 1 indoor , the latter being useful during rainy days. And when we got checked in, we had the corner suite which was so spacious and has a lot of storage areas. The view was outstanding as well since we had more windows to see the beach and ocean.

beautiful property/ ocean front/ very clean/ staff were wonderful couldnt be more helpful. had a problem with my door not opening and they called maintenance. he was up and had it fixed within 5 min. when i thanked him he said its absolutely no problem. thats my job. then he checked my card to make sure it worked. it was a battery issue. i trued to give him a tip and he refused. said buy your grandson a toy on the boardwalk!! what a great man

United StatesThe outside pools closed early (around 7) the indoor pool stayed open until 12am which was good. My spa tub/shower area was not the best. The food at the restaurant was a little pricey.
The location was good for families with children, especially the beach area. The rooms were perfect for my family of 5 and my sister's family coming to our room for visits. My kids loved the pools, bar, cafe, staff, and parking was great also.
